Yes!!!!!

Praise God!!!! 🙏

My husband and so many others have a second chance

We need to contact our Senators.

Now is the time to write to your individual STATE Senator (no, Boxer nor Feinstein aren't the ones to help with this--your state Senator is who you need to contact).

LSA ( Lifer Support Alliance) will post sample letters to send and email them

Default Update SB 224

From LSA Group. SB 224, Is now inactive bill .

SB 224 , to codify elder parol, is now an inactive bill and will not be considered until next year. The bill was heavily amended in the Senate and instead of extending consideration for elder parole it was brought in line with existing guidelines by BPH, 60 years of age and 25 years in. Other changes made; this is a 2/3 Bill, meaning it would need a 2/3 majority vote to pass. The author and sponsors didn't feel they had much support on the Senate floor so, rather than bring the Bill to a vote and defeat, thereby killing the Bill, they withdrew it into the inactive file to be brought forth next year.
