If people list gain Time will the inmates get it back because if Covid

I doubt that they will have their lost gain time reinstated, but it could happen if the Covid problems in that prison system get serious enough. Some prisoners in California and elsewhere have gotten released early because of Covid, but knowing how nasty Florida is, don't hold your breath.

By the way, the federal bop has ruled that Covid does not increase eligibility for compassionate release, just the decision I expected from a bureaucracy that is devoid of any compassion.
