Need info about Northern Nevada Correctional

My Fiance just was sent from Elko County detention center to Northern Nevada Correctional Center. Ive been tryin to find out what are things I can do for him while hes there He usually calls me every night but I have heard from him Since the 11th. I called nncc and they said he was being evaluated to enter theyre prison or possibly even another one. IM NEW TO THIS CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH WHAT TO DO OR WHAT TO EXPECT.
