I know that things are difficult,
not at all the way we'd like to be.
The roads ahead look rocky,
and the waves so high at sea.

I know that things are difficult,
not quite the way we have planned.
The rain it just keeps falling,
tearing deep into the sand.

I know that things are difficult,
not quite as easy as we'd thought.
The sky it looks so dark today ,
to earth it's storms have brought.

Although things seem so difficult,
we must have faith you see,
and if you cannot find it,
I'll have faith enough for you and me.

Although things seems so difficult,
our love we must hold dear.
For I know we'll be together,
I feel that time is near.

As difficult as things may seem,
we'll both fight the odds together.
There's nothing we can't handle,
our love will last forever.
