These programs send books to state & federal prisoners at no charge. They struggle to keep up with the demand. You may have to wait several months.

For all of those interested that may not already know, each month Billy Graham Evangelical Ministry gives away a very nice free book or calendar, etc. I know how valuable reading material can be for inmates, and how expensive it can become to keep them reading new books. As long as you know he won't object to recieving it you can sign him up and check "this is not a 3rd party request" If you are uncomfortable doing that they do have a toll free number you can call to place 3rd party requests.
