Default Mississippi Probation Question

Does any one know if you can get early probation release in the state of MS? If so, how long, and what are the qualifications? My son will have 3 yrs supervised release in MS when he finished his 3 yrs supervised release with the feds.

The only way you can get a early probation release is due to medical or work related issues. And those are very few and far between. I would suggest contacting the Probation Officer and asking him what, if anything, could be done.

I have another question, since he has 3 yrs probation with the feds first, and during that time he decided to move to another state and got approved to do that by the feds, how would this affect his state probation. He is considering taking a job in Tennessee, if he can get it approved. Would MS transfer the probation to Tennessee, or what would they do?
