Hey ladies...how are you all doing?? Well...it's the same old ish around here...I'm bored outta my mind and kinda tired b/c the weather is NASTY over here right now!! I hate when it's rainy and all gloomy...makes me tired and sad lol. I don't know if the man is gonna call today....I put enough money to get one phone call from him this week (after the 4 we used!!) b/c that is ALL I can afford!!! Just checking in! Well an update on my house, I was suppose to close on my house tomorrow but it's not going to happen. The title office changed my closing date to next week. The 19th. I am so ready for this to all be over so that I can get started on moving. But on another not my job is going great! I love it so far but I stay so busy that I don't have time for anything and when I get home I am usually to tired to get on the computer. Well I am off to shower, eat, talk to my hubby, and go to bed! Hope everyone is well I will check in again soon. I promise I will be more in touch once I finally get moved!

I got a message from my husband through a friend, that his sister is going up to visit!!! he can not have 2 visits in one weekend so, there goes that! And you think they would call and ask if I was going, or If I wanted to go up? but no family for me thanks...I am so darn frustrated, wish he could call me ....

Hi to all. Sorry that I haven't been replying that much lately. Times have been hard lately. My 5 year old is having a really hard time with Daddy being gone. He was the one who took her places for no reason. My husband and I agree that she is to young to know where is really is. He use to work out of town a lot anyway. So she thinks that he's out of town for work. Granted it's a really long time out of town but he writes her all the time and he finally told her that he would be home before she finishes kindergarten. Next month she is celebrating her 100th day of school and she wants him to go to their special day. I told her that he's working really hard to get home to her. Which is somewhat right! He's having to work down to his minimun sentence. Which is April 21, 2006. Plus I have no money to send to him right now for stamps. I haven't gotten a letter in days now. I know that things can't get much worse then they already are. So I'll keep praying for the better.

You are doing good by what you are telling her and I bet it helps that your hubby writes her all the time. Just know that everyday gets closer to him being back with you all. I hope you are able to send some stamps out to him soon, but I 'm sure he understands things out here get rough sometimes too. stay up girly.

Well guys I pulled Old Herbie up on the TDJC web locator and he has been transfered . He has ALWAYS been at the Middleton Unit and now he is at the Huntsville Unit in Huntsville. They say he is listed as "transit" which means he could end up anywhere in Texas at this point . We have 49 days till Florida picks him up so why mess with him now .

Hey Ladies, Just checkin in. It was HOT here in sunny Florida today. I still managed to walk over 2 1/2 miles though. I'm just started workin out again recently and I feel so much better already. I hope Jimmy appreciates all the hard work I'm puttin in for him! Oh well. Nothin new. I have to go look at reception places with Jimmy's mom tomorrow. :shake: I'm not looking foward to it at all. She's evil.

Hello Ladies. Well I for one am in a hurry for the year to be up, lol. My hubby doesn't parole till December but I am counting it down along with him of course. I am sharing a pic we took at xmas, at least I did get to spend the holidays and new year with him. Of course it'll be a new month before I'm able to go see him again and I will feel it of course. I love that man and can't wait for him to be home. I am already trying to get things ready for him so I won't have to rush around and get it done later never realized how much stuff I had, lol. But he'll have a place for everything so that's all i want. The unit he is at is called Huntsville, but it is nickname is the Walls. It is were he will be released from to Florida. So actually this is the begining to the end for us. I just feel like my saftey net has been rippped out from under me....it is all good though.

well its official.. I have a hole in my head. I had a growth(basal cell carcinoma) removed from my head tuesday and have a real nice indentation on the top of my head. Looks awful but my hair can cover it. I pray I dont get it again. Looking forward to seeing my son this Saturday. wont be long til I get to sing and dance when he comes home. I am really wanting to do it. But I told you all he said if I did he will go right back in. So he says. lol. hahahaha

Hey girls! I'm making a pitt stop in here because I've been getting yelled at for going MIA again lol! I've just been dealing with the *blahs* lately, but I'm gonna be OK. Since the New Year, it seems like time is at a stand still and I'm not likin it AT ALL! Danny was supposed to go before the furlough board on Tuesday, but they pushed the hearing back til next Friday. They might as well just let him stay where he is instead of putting him through all of this 2 months before he's supposed to come home anyway, but what do I know. I'm going to see him tomorrow night and we have lots to talk about, so it should be a good visit. Other than that, not too much is going on in my little world, except my Dad's opening yet another business and I'll be in charge of all clerical/accounting duties for that one, plus the other two that I already run, which means more $ so I guess that's a good thing. He also sent a letter to the parole board today, stating that Danny has full-time employment upon his release, so hopefully that will be taken into consideration and they'll just let him COME HOME! If I make it thru the next 10 weeks, it's gonna be a miracle.
I've gotten so far behind in here that I can't catch up, but you've all been in my thoughts everyday. I've kinda been keeping to myself a lot lately, but I stop in here all the time to see how everyone is. I'm glad to know that everyone is doing well. Mari and Kimmy...I'm so happy for the two of you! Jeanne - I had lots of trouble getting approved at first but the last visitation application I sent in I sent overnight on a Monday and it was approved by the end of the week.I hope yours goes through even quicker!! Do you know if they are bringing him to CFRC? If so it would be awesome if they kept him there. It's not too far from you. sherry
