Evacuation Plans for Our Loved Ones?

Does anyone know how we can find out what NYS' evacuation plans for our incarcerated loved ones are? What happens to them in the event of a disaster/crisis? Do they care enough to keep them safe under those circumstances if half the time they aren't safe in most facilities? I know there's enough to worry about, I don't mean to add more. But with everything that's going on lately, what if this disaster had happenend here? Where would they have gone?

Good question. I think it is time that all of us ask what the plan is (Ahead of Time!) for where we live in cases of natural disasters.
