Nv Pardons Board

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE WAITING TO SEE IF HE GETS ON THE AGENDA FOR THE PARDONS BOARD IN DEC.

DOES ANY ONE KNOW THE POSSIBLE RESULTS THAT CAN HAPPEN IF THEY GIVE HIM A PARDON

WILL THE PARDON BOARD GIVE HIM OK FOR PAROLE OR WILL HE HAVE TO GO IN FRONT OF PAROLE BOARD FIRST

i BEEN TOLD THEY DO LOTS OF DIFFERENT THINGS JUST DEPENDS ON WHAT THE INMATE ASKS FOR

ANY ONE KNOWS ANY INFORMATION PLEASE LET ME KNOW

My husband will be applying for the pardon's board also. He told me it was in November. He also told me that in his case, if he were approved by the pardon's board, he would then have to go before the parole board, AFTER the pardon's board.

I just sent back a corrected copy of my mans request for the pardon's board. I guess we will all be crossing our fingers.

i was told tentivly dec. 14 2005 is the date but not set for sure they WILL KNOW by November when it will be held
and ya i was told same thing that they go to parlole board after immediate parole elig.
i been emailing pardons board with all sorts of questions they gonna be sick of me and want him out so i shut up lol

did you send it in to the director ??

all apps have to be in what i was told by october 3 to the director they sent the WHOLE PACKET to my husband and he and i did updates on it and just sent it in 2 days ago so ya fingers crossed

With the pardons board so when i hear when the date is i will post it in nevada forum
have you got to the point that you resend in the application updated to the director??

Joe has an attorney who is taking care of all the paperwork. Not sure that he is going to make a difference, but hope so.

What is the address you are contacting the pardon's board at? I have some questiohs for them, too.

I Called The Directiors Office Today To See If He Had Made Decisions Recarding The Pardons Board Agenda
I Was Told That He Is Suppose To Have Another Meeting Guess With Parole Board Dont Know When And Dont Know How Much Longer It Will Be
Was Told By Pardons Board Secretary Probably Mid November

Joe says he hears that there is a confirmed list of 25 going to the board. Three guys that he knows of have had to sign papers (I forget what he called them, but its for the board) and he says it confirms that they are going. He hasn't heard a word yet. Still hoping and praying!

The agenda is done and my man got his letter of denial, stating he is not on the pardon's board agenda.

yes - once you are pardoned, you automatically come up for parole every year. I am still trying to get my man in front of the pardons board....good luck to both of us
