His date was moved to Jan 19th. I don't know anything else.

I would like to make a public statement to everyone and hope no one takes this in offense. I appreciate all the support, prayers and help that have been given to Julius and I. I cannot, however answer any questions that pertain to his case in any way or form due to that his case is still in the courts, even if it seems like a trivial question. I hope you all understand.

The above is totally understandable but I hope that you can at least post an update as to the Supreme Court's decision about hearing the case?

The supreme court DENIED Julius. He will be executed on Jan 19.... may God have mercy

Thank you Patti. It really is crazy. I am trying to take strength from the stay my husband received from the trial court - it is just awful not being able to talk with him today of all days. And mail is just not getting out to me right now. But I want you to know it does help to know people have us in their thoughts - it helps more than I can ever explain.

Joy I can't express the sadness I feel right now knowing what you are facing. I do want you to remain faithful because no matter what God IS STILL GOOD. My pastor preached a sermon this Sunday about how God takes people from us here on each but we are never alone because he is always there for us and his presence is holy enough to get us through anything. I had a hard time dealing with this sermon because my mom is facing a very serious surgery (that I wonder if she has the strength to make it through) and I didn't want to hear about God taking someone from me but in fact it was just what I needed to hear.

The next time you pick up your bible please read Isaiah 6. Share this one with your husband as well. I know it did something for me and I hope you will find comfort in it as well.

You will be in my prayers.

I am taking this really hard, i can't imagine what you guys are going through. I've been monitering both cases for a while now, and although i never had the courage to write the two, I always kept the two in my heart.

I am so angry that this is happening in our country. I am a New Yorker, there are guys out here commiting much horrible acts but in most cases, they eventually come home to their families and loved ones. In Texas, a guy can get death for just for being accused of driving the get away car? And there is nothing that can be done about It. Its unbelievable!!!

On top of that, i was told that in the state of Texas, an inmate who is about to be executed is allowed very limited contact with their loved ones. There are no words that can express how I angry I am right now...

My heart goes out to you guys...

Joy i pray that you will have the strength to be strong for Julious and that he will have the strength to be strong in facing what he must face, i know exactly how you are feeling right now, i keep you both in my prayers. and i am so very sorry for what is happening
