My fiance is currently incarcerated in South Woods. I am in Northern NJ and I don't think that he could possibility be further away from me. he just got his 2nd parole hit, another 14 months. we are looking at September 2006. Had my hopes up that he was gonna be home in July. Had even started planning the wedding now everything is on hold. Just never imagined he'd get a second hit. He requested a transfer after his first 6 months there, that was 2 years ago and he is still waiting to get moved closer to home.

My husband has been to most prisons in the tri state area, NY, NJ,PA. But only in the wonderful state of NJ has he been moved so much, it got to the point literally that he was moved 2 in one week. He has been from Trenton -Southern State and then some. Is anyone else's boo been moved so much and no it isn't because he is a trouble maker, they say it because of the room and his charge and the fact that he is a repeat offender. Now he is in Kintock-Bridgeton, anyone give a real heads up this one is new to me. He hasn't moved to the work release part yet, he hasn't even started counseling yet, but I was told that they took all of the inmates visits because at the work release end they brought drugs back. Any truth that if one messes up thats it for all 200? Is there anyone out there that has been a prison wife for a long time. I got 16 years

My son is in Bayside State in Leesburg. How I hate that place. He won't even allow me or any other family members to visit anymore. There is alot of things going on in there. Tonight he called me and I'm really worried for his safety. I can't believe what goes on in there and how these guys are getting through this period after the so called riot there. Things have been really rough for the inmates there. Someone should go in there and clean the place out. I'm glad that we pay taxes for drugs, set ups, inmates being hurt, and corruption. I can't stand the fact that I must live in fear for the next 5 years for my son. Maybe someone else out there has someone in Bayside that isn't aware of all the **** going on in there.We live right near Mid State for anyone who might have questions. Please feel free to ask

My man was in Bayside. It is by far, the worst, most corrupt prison in the state. I thank God every day he is out of that Hell Hole!!

My husband is at Bayside and thank God he hasn't had any trouble.
But I know what you mean about it being Hell. He tells me a lot of stories about what goes on there and I can't believe my ears.

Go to the Department of Corrections home page. Click on offender search. After you click on accept it will take you to a page where you can type in his name and it will give you his info. If you have any trouble PM me with his name and I will try to help you.

I need help an old friend of mine was paroled from south woods state prison 3 years ago and i have since lost tract of him. this after a ten year stretch of time since i last saw him. how can i find where he is or a way of contacting him. im desperate to find him........

hi everyone my man is currenty in southern state prison and he is currently up for parole but im a little scare because i think he might get a hit because he was on parole when he caught another charge so he was give a two year sentence for his new charge and the parole violation. i need someone to just give me advice im scare that he wont come home before my birthday. should i be worry about him getting a hit.

My boyfriend just left MYCF Stokes Forest. I know a lot about annadale and stokes if anyone has questions. Now he is at Bo Robinson and has ISP court soon. I think he should just go to another halfway house, but he wants ISP. But anyway I love thi site. I have read sooo muh information. It is good to know people out there share my pain

My "young people" are in Bayside, Southern, Yardville, Bordentown, Rahway, Edna Mahn, Northern, CRAF, a splattering of half-way houses,and (mostly) the local county jail. It's amazing how many places they get transferred around to during even a short bid...I keep track of most of them throughthe DOC site (useful tool).

My son is at the Abert C. Wagner Yoputh Correctional Facility in Bordentown, NJ. I posted a thread asking if anyone had family or knew anybody at the facility but did not get much feedback. He's been there almost a month now. I visit with him each weekend on Saturdays and Sundays, he seems to be getting acclimated, and has told me that they operate a welding plant on site where you can earn a certificate in welding, they offer cosmetology, and college level courses.
