When I’m away from you it’s hard,
When we don’t speak it kills me inside,
When you’re distant I feel to blame,
When I miss you my heart feels pain.

When I see your face it lights up mine,
When I hear your voice I feel alive,
When our hearts grow closer I love you more,
But I will always miss you,

Until the day you walk through our door.
