Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Although I'm new to this site, I would love to attend. Have to borrow a vehicle though since mine is not dependable enough to drive that distance and would like to share a room if anyone else is interested, to limit the expense. When will you have to know for sure? I need to know how quickly I need to try to find a vehicle to borrow!

How far is Lakeland from Orlando, I don't remember. I don't think that it would really be worth the drive if it is over 70 miles, so we will probably book a room in Orlando for the conference. Just have to be close to Lakeland, for Mom and Dad.

LAkeland is very close to Orlando but again it depends where in Lakeland. From I-4 to the hotel from the lakeland exit...I would say about 30-40 minutes

I'll share a room with Ken (tebkrg), Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt.

Are the dates definitely set or not ??? The poll is not closed !!

Anyway, I will leave Paris on the wednesday morning after work, and will be in the US on the wednesday evening !!! Yippee !! I just can't wait !!!

Just need to know the dates, it might help me to book a flight.....

we are still working with a few hotels to secure the best deal. Details of the location etc. etc. will be posted once we sign a contract wiht the hotel.

That is what I am waiting on as far as the location of the hotel. If it is 30-40 minute drive then I will not stay over nite. If it's in Altamonte Springs which is on the other side of Orlando, I will room in the hotel as that would be an almost 2 hour drive. Although if the construction is still terrible on I-4 by then i may consider the hotel stay anyway. Yvonne
