Article: State can no longer ship prisoners to Minnesota

BISMARCK, N.D. North Dakota's prison warden says he's looking for ways to house about 70 inmates.

North Dakota has been using a private prison at Appleton, Minnesota, to keep 43 inmates. And warden Tim Schuetzle (SHOOT'-zul) wanted to send another 30 inmates to Appleton.

But the Minnesota prison is saying it won't take North Dakota prisoners any more. The 43 inmates that are already there are going to have to leave in the next month.

I was coming to post this same info. I am hoping it will mean good news for those with little time left. If they have to clear out beds, that would mean my boo would be out sooner.....yeahhhhhh
