finely got into this thread I like the link to signs of healthy relationships it shows me that what I have now is nothing like what I came out of as each and every point on that site was the 180*the other way with the ex.. wish I knew about them years ago...

E-Wife thanks for the help I used the 300 questions even though me and my man have known each other for over six years we still did not know everything about each other so we both answered the questions so we could get to know the little things about each other and our views on some of the topics that I never would have thought to discuss now with him.

im glad that it helped , yes even though we have been together with someone for along time sometimes its the smallest things that we dont know about each other.. and it open our eyes that while we know the deepest secrets we may not know everything that makes them smile ..

Thanks for all of the helpful resources. they're great. this will keep me and my honey busy for a while. I've been copying and mailing it to him. It's almost as good as a personal counselor. At first, I thought it was only good for him, but I have realized the mini worksheets and articles has helpe me as well. it has given us much discussion. Continue your good work.

you have to keep yourself busy, go shopping hanging out with friends and family! Dont get phone calls here but i do have a lil one who keeps me really occupied .

i think its great that women like us have somewhere to talk and not be judged negitively for loving someone that is in prison, im only 21 and this is the first time ive had to deal with all this but i am very thankful that there are more people who know what im going through.

I agree, without being in a enviroment such as this its hard for one to deal with this situation when no one else understand what we are going thru

My Johnny was taken from D.C. Jail on April 18th and today is May 12. In D.C. he wrote atleast every other day. I have received 1 envelope with visitation form and 6 sentences and a 5 minute call with guards all around him because I called his counselor 3 times. I am at times mad and other times sad because I feel so helpless. I am in the hospital right now (using my laptop) and he doesn't even know it. I hope you get a call or letter soon!
