Update on bribery charges

Well, Mark got 3 serious 115's and only got charged with 2. I still don't know what the 2 were, but had a hearing on them and got 45 more days on one and 15 days in the hole on the other, which will be completed on Sunday the 15th. They will be transferring him to mainline on Tuesday the 17th where he will be placed on a level 3 yard. I guess he said he will be able to go to a level 2 in a few months. But the CDC Lt. said that he was not going to take any privleges away from him and he hoped that things worked out for us. Mark was really upset because they were holding his mail from him for almost two weeks and he thought that I hadn't been writing. The CDC Sgt. brought him all my letters on Thursday of last week and he was so happy. So, for now things are looking better and I'll be able to see my honey soon!
