I mainly won't do the gym thing because I don't wanna be one of those people who starts going to the gym for a new years resolution. They will be packed! I went to the grocery store today and got some healthy foods...I'm still gonna enjoy one more day of freedom. Then, its on!

Tomorrows the big day! I weighed myself this morning and I weighed 5 pounds more than I thought I did. Dang. But ya, I'm starting tomorrow! So much easier for me to start a diet on a Monday because I will have work to distract me!

I am starting this morning. I want to really try for 60 days. I usually cheat the day I start lol! I'm not putting my starting weight, but I will say that I have lost 32 pounds this past year. I want to lose 100 more. Yep, I'm a really big girl! I might need a pm or two as well. Wish me luck.

Thats what I said!! LOL I'm gonna weigh in the morning...we shall see...I have watched my food all week and worked out a couple times only cuz I'm just getting started and I get worn out hella quick. I was only able to do my eliptical for 15 mins but it burned 106 calories! So I'll check in tomorrow!!

I really wanna try this. I need a little umph and reminders from ppl tho. would anyone be willing to be a "workout partner" and just remind each other to exercise and stuff?

I've supposedly lost 1.5 pounds this week. I say that because I don't trust my scale, and I didn't give my diet much effort due to it being that time of the month. I don't feel any skinnier, but supposedly I've lost a little. I hope I will try a little harder next week.

Yea...I totally dont trust mine either! I weighed in this morning and it said I gained 7lbs! Then did it again and it said I was the same, then did it a 3rd time and it said I gained 3lbs...SO I dunno what the hell Today I TOTALLY went crazy with food...oops...I'm gonna have to start all over again on Monday

Why is it when I tell myself I'm going to eat more healthy then I get more obsessed with food?
I didn't lose anything but did start drinking more water. I have cut back in some areas but hell don't want to put my body into shock.

Those dang digital scales! Anytime I weigh myself, I have to step on and off the scale like 5 times. It fluctuates by like 5 pounds! I mean I know our weights fluctuate between day and night, but mine fluctuates in a matter of seconds! My heart just wasn't in dieting this week. I always cheat all weekend, but maybe I can start fresh tomorrow.

Can't weigh in until Tuesday. Probably gained. I am snowed in and was forced to make chocolate chip cookies, etc. lol

I got on my Wii Fit last night, and it said that I had lost 5.5 lbs since last weigh in!!!!! (16 days)

I'm starting this up as well.

Height: 5'9"
Starting Weight: 1/3/2010: 230.2 - Size 16/18
Current Weight: 1/10/2010: 217.0
Goal Weight: 165 or size 6/7


I have until February 26th to get at least 10 pounds off - that's when I finally get to start visiting again... So I want to surprise him and at least be closer to 199 (even though he thinks I only weight 190! )

So as of this past Sat. when I weighed myself on my jacked up scale

Starting: 1/1/2011 171 lbs
Current: 1/8/2011 173 lbs

Holy cow... So last night I decided to get off my fat butt and actually work out!

I did 30 minutes of this workout called
"Walk Weight Loss Bootcamp" (I couldn't make it through the 3rd mile!)

and then I did 20 minutes on a stationary bike....

Man have I gotten out of shape. lol But I'm determined to actually make it to my goal weight before my man comes home. (Maybe he'll finally get that Victoria Secret model! HaHa)

I had Arbys today and I'm like 300 calories over my goal for the day. Even after I worked out I'm still over...that sux.
