i'm new here. i also wanted to know about the 309 program my husband applied cause we thought he was elegible but his mom called bill terrys office and his secretary told her he didn't qualify cause he has to be 10 years from his parole date. does anyone know about this rule cause i have looked and everything that i have found doesn't say anything about this rule. please help!

I'm glad that we have a site, here, cause I don't know what I'd do without it. I'm still struggling. My man has only been down for 2 1/2 months so far.
