been 13. got 2 before he mandatories out, but 3 more chances at parole- this year's decision should come in a month (interview was yesterday) and summer/fall 07 and summer/fall 08. man date is dec 08.

My man and I are waiting on the courts decision, we should be hearing from them any day now...he will either come home this month or be home in Dec.. When he does come home he will be on 6 months of in-home detention then the remainder of his sentence on probation...so I'm hoping Monday when I go visit him he will give me some great news...keeping my fingers crossed!!

well... if parole rolls (and please keep us in your prayers for parole) then his ERA is Febraury 21, 2011. But, he could have all the way up to 2041. Yuck. Pray for me please, all of you ladies are definetely in mine and Vernen's prayers for your men to return home soon and safely.

his out date is in april or may will find out for sure in march. with time served and meritorious time and work time he should be out by april so about 8 months two weeks

Just under 8 months left.. I can't believe he's been locked up for over nine years. Sometimes I wonder where the time went, yet other times I feel the time is going too slow. Unfortunately ever since he's has under a year left, the time has come to a CRAWL!! I think this will be the Loooongest winter ever!

wow most of you only have 0-2 years left to wait...damn i wish my man only had that...im wondering how long most of you have been waiting?..
anyways my man has another 24 years to go....hopefuly if hes a good boy hell go up to the board in about another15 years prob longer....but hes lucky he didnt get life so im thankful...

He went before the Parole Board in April. They granted him parole on the 1st charge that was up in August. He will then go before the board for the 2nd charge in April of next year. If everything goes as we hope he will be releashed on the 8th of August next year.
