Default Nick Yarris update....

HI all, figured I'd post this for those not on Nicky's update list seeing as Softheart's not already posted:

Quote:
Today, August 26th at 4:15 pm, a second
Post-Conviction Relief Act Petition was filed for Nick
in the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County PA...
It was co-signed by Michael Wiseman, Peter Goldberger
AND Seldon Kovach, Deputy District Attorney!!!!!
The petition asked for Nick's Delaware County
convictions and sentences to be vacated. It will be
assigned to a judge tomorrow, and since it was JOINTLY
signed by the defense and the DA, it is unopposed, and
is expected to be promptly granted, removing the Death
Sentence and Conviction.
The Commonwealth will be allowed , if they think they
can retry him, to list it for retrial within 90 days
of the order being signed.
BUT the defense is free to oppose any retrial!!!
WOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO the Angels are singing
tonight guys!
Nick will have to deal with Florida yet, but that is
not expected to be a major problem.
More news as is comes in.
Nick Yarris is soon to be a free man.
I'll post this to the site later today after its
signed, but for now, you people should know.
AMEN
Lisa
I'm currenlty trying NOT to bounce out of my office and maintain some self control *g*

Nicky's gonna be going home.... it's just around the corner

Thank you for this info. Thank you God that your hand is here. Happy for all whose life Nicky has touched.

That's what I'm talking 'bout.
