Lord that he lift up your name and depend upon you. Lord that you wrap your arms around him that he may seek refuge in you. Lord that you guide my sister in Christ and help her be the mother that you have called her to be. Lord that she allows you to work in her life. Lord that you open doors for her and her family. Lord I come to you on behalf of her father. You know he's weaknesses with his addiction Lord. I pray that you send someone to him while he is in rehab Lord that will witness to him and testify of his goodness in their life. Lord that he will be able to feel your loving arms hold him tight. Lord that he turns to you for strength in his addiction battles. I claim him free too Lord. I am asking you to save him. Lord that you pour your blood over him that he may repent of his sins and pick up his cross for you...for your names sake. Help my sister Lord to be encouraged, to have courage, and to have the wisdom and guidance that she seeks Lord. I thank you for her in my life. She has been a blessing. I pray that you bless her Lord and her family! I thank you for joining us together for your glory. Lord that she feel you so near when everyone else seems so far from her Lord. Sorry I haven't been around lately. I'm glad to see you all are doing well & God is blessing many of you.
I have been very busy lately & God has been so good to me. He has blessed me with a home to prepare for myself & Chris and our future together. Now we only need to hear the words that he is approved for transfer to MS. Please keep us in prayer! I'll post again soon! Thanks ladies!

I'm seeking prayer for my sister n law. She has been struggling with migraines for over a week now. She went last night and found out that her spinal cord was leaking fluid due to a recent epidural with the birth of my nephew. She was released last night but my mother n law just informed me a while ago that she has been taken to another hospital for further testing b/c her migraine is back. They put a blood patch on the spot to try and stop the leaking.. She is not saved...PLEASE join me in prayer for her. SHE desperately needs God's healing touch...if not she could end up paralyzed. My husband has yet to call...so pray for his strength too when he finds out. Thank you all so much.

Also....today early this morning I received news of an opening where I interviewed to teach. They offered me the job- FT, benefits, great pay, etc....everything I've been praying for. Turns out, my college didn't add my prek endorsement to my degree and I haven't takin the "state cert test" b/c I haven't had the money. They will not give me the job tomorrow unless I have "proof" that I took the classes and am indeed certified. Please pray for me. I'm in desperate need of this. But I know that the job where God wants me I will be placed. I'm rebuking the Devil!!!! I'm STOMPING! HE's a LIAR and he's TRYING to steal my joy! I bind you SATAN IN THE NAME OF JESUS!!!!!! I will be blessed with this job! PRaise be to God for my entire life... I will be back with an official praise report. This reminds me to never count my blessings until they are fulfilled....I love you all my sisters...keep praying to keep the blessings flowing. We are all so blessed and highly favored by our God! UPDATE!!!!!!

My sister n law is doing well and is home.

I GOT A FULL TIME JOB that I have been seeking God for for almost 5 months!!!! I didn't even APPLY to this job...they called me after I sent them an email 6 months ago!!!!!!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!!

And....I get to go see my husband tomorrow for the first time in almost a month and a half!!!!!!

Well hello Lovelies! I apologize for not posting in a while, but I have been quite under the weather. The good news is that I finally got my test results back and know what my problem is and have the medication to fix it. I have been feeling better since the beginning of the week when i started taking it. But I still claim my healing in the name of My Lord and Savior!

To all our newest members....I extend a WELCOME!! You have entered into a group that is full of love, support, compassion, and definitely God-filled women! We pray together and cry together. Please feel free to express whatever issue you may have whether it pertains to prison life or anything else that may trouble you or make you happy. We will be there for you no matter what! Again Welcome!!

I pray all is well with you all and I have been keeping up with the posts. I thank God for this thread! I truly do. You ladies have gotten me through many days of sadness by encouraging words and support. Sometimes even unknowingly I think we are able to touch someone or speak to their spirit by our own testimonies. I have experienced that numerous times after reading some of the post. I just pray that God continue to bless this thread and each member! We are truly blessed and highly favored of God.

Everyone please continue to lift up everyone that has been affected by Hurricane Ike. Praise God, I was only without lights for a day and a half and that was it. However, my parents and many others still do not have electricity.

The street lights still aren't working and many do not have homes. We will be returning to school this week.

So just keep them all in your prayers. Thanks.

Hi ladies. Please keep me in prayer. I have to make some calls this week to find out about Chris' post release transfer request. We are hoping & praying and BELIEVING God that they will approve him to come straight to MS upon his release! Yet, I have to call and GET someone to give us that information. I really hate making these calls - don't ask - just a complex or phobia I have... so please keep me in your thoughts. Thank you. I'll come back soon and keep you posted.

Hey ladies, I would like to ask everyone to continue to pray for the people effected by hurricane Ike. I would also like to get prayers for my fiance who has done almost 4 years for a crime he did not commit but witnessed. I pray that he continues to be strong and that God allows for him to come home early. I know in my heart if J had not gone to prison he would be dead himself so I thank God for stepping in. I believe God can do miraculous things and as I send my prayers up today I will pray for all of you ladies as well. God Bless.

Hello ladies! I see so many new names that i am going to have to learn. Welcome to the prayer circle.

I come with a confession ladies. I have been caught up in other thoughts and ideas and actually took a break from God. I almost lost that fight with the enemy...it was a rough one. But i am back and better than ever. I am going to see Chuck for the first time in almost 4 months! I must admit, that has something to do with my battle i believe. also i started realizing i was saying things like I HATE MDOC. and hate is a word too strong for me to use.

anyway...i just wanted to post a lil' update. God bless all of you and thank you for keeping chuck and i in your prayers. it was those prayers which carried me through the dark moments.

Hey ladies! How's life treatin' ya? I pray that God has been good to all of you! He's certainly been blessing me. There are days I may not "choose" to see it, but I know that I'm BLESSED daily.

Thank you to all of you who've been keeping me & Chris in prayer. We still need it as we work harder on this transfer process. I did find out that the request was sent to MS on September 9th (not sure if I mentioned that already or not - if so, sorry for being redundant!) - and MS has 45 days to respond. Well Chris is a bit panicked because that's CUTTING it so close. He only has 48 days to go!

Just please keep us in prayer - pray that I get a phone call soon from MS and they'll come do a home visit and APPROVE his transfer. It's all up to GOD and I am believing in HIM. Please agree and pray with me.

Juanita, Deidra, Caroline, Kay, Cathy - how are you fine ladies doing this weekend? I know I've missed some names and as Caroline mentioned - there are many new ones to learn!!! Nonetheless, you all remain in my thoughts & prayers. Keep your head up and keep the faith! GOD IS ABLE!!!! Take care!!!

I'm new here. Please pray for Larry, He has served 20 years for something that he didn't do (even his "victim" has said so). He is up for parole in Jan.09. His victim is going to the parole board in Oct. in his behalf. So kept them both in your prayers.

Hello Beautiful Women of God!!!!!!!

I visited my husband today and it was a FANTABULOUS visit!!!!!! It had been 2 weeks since we visited (due to Hurricane Ike) and I promise it felt like soooooo much longer.

We had a great visit!!!!! As we get closer to the start of the parole process, my husband is sooooo ready to come home that he is growing very frustrated and antsy!!! However, I know that the enemy is trying to discourage him and aggravate him.

But thanks be to God that He sent my hubby a helper (ME) and I will interceed on his behalf and I am asking that my sisters join me as well. Pray specifically that he will have a peace that only God can provide and that it will surpass his understanding. Pray that no weapon will form or if it forms, it will never prosper. I pray that his mind will be conformed to God's thoughts and ways and that when any thoughts that are not of God arise, that they will be dismissed immediately.

I know that my husband is APPROVED and we are just in the 4th quarter before receiving the championship ring but we have to get THROUGH it and we WILL, in the name of Jesus!!!! It is done!!!! I believe and I thank you God!!!!!!

Rosr Mary...First welcome! I too have a husband in prison for something he has not done. He has served 13 years thus far and thanks to God he has 2 seperate groups working on his case to free him!! We are truly blessed by that. So I can truly understand your pain behind losing someone over nothing. Praise God that his victim is coming forth on his behalf! That is truly by the hand of God and I give him glory for it. I believe if my husband had not been incarcerated he may be dead or he may have even went to prison later in life for something he DID do! But God has his full attention now and is using him in a mighty way. It is now that he is blessing him with avenues for release and putting people in the position to help him become free. I pray that God would give you both his divine favor and that release come to pass. I pray that in the midst that he would give you peace of mind and keep you at rest. I know as the time approaches that things will get hectic and nerves will start to kick in, but God I ask that you give them a calm that only you can bring. Caroline...I've been looking for you. I too must admit that I have seemed to feel distant from God these past few months. But I never lose sight of who he is and what he has and has yet to do for me. Believe me, you know I deal with the MDOC right along with you!! I know the struggle and discouragement that come along with it. I guess my problem at times is that I try to fight my own battles at times and soon enough I get a reminder from God that the battle is not mine to fight. It is the Lord's and he has been fighting on my behalf! I have to PM you and tell you the details, but you know I am constantly praying for you and Chuck. I love you to pieces and you know I do!

To my other sisters, please don't charge it to my heart that I don't post name by name each of you, but I am praying for each situation I read about. As soon as I receive my emails and read each individual post I pray a special prayer just for you. I will possibly "try" to be online this week, if our internet is fixed by then. If not, I'll see you ladies Saturday..Lord's will.

Chris called this morning. He (and his whole block) is apparently sick with the flu, which means a sick call and meds! Finances are tight with me getting our place ready for us to live there & other things... but I trust God will make a way! I have faith!

Keep us in your prayers! I am still waiting to hear something. Chris said his caseworker looked at him like an alien on Friday. He said she hates it when he knows more than she does. He informed her that NC sent the transfer request on the 9th to MS and they have 45 days to reply. He also told her that he'd be back in her office on the 9th of October (30 days from the day they sent the request) if he has not heard anything from me on this issue. He said she would then have to call and check on it for him. She doesn't like it when he tells her to do her job, either - but the man really has a point. She is THE ONE who is supposed to check on it for him. Ya know? He's being polite but God bless him - the man is very persistant!

god put us in this postion to make us stronger...if he didn't think that we could make it through all the trials and tribulations that loving a man behind bars entails...he wouldnt have put us in this life...i am strong and i believe in God...I believe that he has made all my dreams come true and put me on this path to help my hubby and make me stronger for everyone i come into contact with...

Hell All My Beautiful Sisters!!!!

I visited my honey today and had a WONDERFUL time!!! Oooh, I just love that man!!!

I am reaching out to my prayer warrior sisters and ask that you pray with and for him on Wednesday. He will take his test and I am asking God for supernatural scores. We are very close to when his parole process will begin again and passing this test is very important.

So please pray starting now through Wednesday evening!!!! I thank God for the blessing and I KNOW it is done!!!!
