I had a funky monkey day today- was a bit off( we cant be on all the time, but what we can do is persevere and have Faith-

I would like to go to oregon this summer on a street missions trip to minister to runaways and homeless, its a huge crisis in portland- ect...I just found out about it not to long ago- and dont have the funds I believ its in august- and im willing to forsake a week of school for his GLORY and awesome rain coming in those streets-........I just dont have the $$$$ i DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE WEEK WOULD COST YET...I know my bank say s negative and then some more negative ect...so Im p[raying for a miracle and an adventure in and for him /please come into agreement and pray for me somehow someway through his goodness and provision-

deidra,those are some tough hours, God will lead you through it. After Friday then I will be able to work only one job for the summer while school is out but,still get my school pay.Thank you Lord for that,it is a blessing indeed.

Just a word of encouragement to you. A friend of mine has a life sentence, has served near 20 years, went in as a teen ager and is getting out in October at the age of 38. a lot of faith and prayer has caused this. He is a very strong believer and has a group of strong supporters so don't give up. with god, all things are possible.

good morning all,
today is the day my step son goes to iraq and i am having very mixed feelings about this. He believes it is just his job, and i believe the way a mother believes that our sons and daughters should not have to face these things, but i know for our freedom someone must do it. I am very proud of my stepson... He is a responsible and good young man. Pray for his safe return.

I wanted to say hello to all the new ones here, i have only been gone three days and we have more new people.

Bonds, what an exciting journey that trip to oregon would be. I have heard they have a very high population of homeless and runaways, i will pray for the lord to provide you a way to go. This would be a wonderful way to spread gods word.

MY Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you today with mixed emotions. My sweet patrik leaves for iraq today and it pains my heart with worry for him and for my husband who i know will worry until he hears from his son. Lord, i pray for you to bless him and keep him safe. I asked him to pray if he ever got into a situation he was afraid in or needed help in. I only hope he remembers what i have told him. Lord, You have the ultimate angel for patrik, his mother... Lord, help her to keep him in her eye view and help her to keep him safe during this long journey in iraq.

Lord, bless my husband and the worry that will be with him during this time and help him to seek your guidance and to feel your comfort when he becomes worried for his sons safety. Lord, bless him with the many angels you have given him to help him find optimism in the world he resides in. Lord, bless those in charge of his case and those reading his case so that they may have understanding and forgivness in mind when they read his case on the 25th.

Lord, bless these wonderful women here on our prayer circle and allow them to find blessings in all that they do.. Help deidra adjust to the new hours she will be working, allow chuck and caroline to stay in your word during this very tough time for chuck, for we know that you are preparing each of these men to come home to their wives. Lord, bless bonds that she will have or find the finances to go to oregon to spread your word to homeless and runaways and save some young innocent from a life without you in it. Lord, bless kay and charlie for charlie needs to come home as he is sick and needs to spend time with his family. Lord, bless Vicki and Norm, as we know that Norm will soon be home and give them the tools to work together to make the life in your honor and your will rather than their own.

Hello all. I read a lot, but post takes time and I am in the countdown to my daughter’s wedding in July as well as trip to India. And I am trying to finish a quilt for daughter and husband to be. Today I am taking the time.


Storm- the time will not be long, one day at a time. All you need to concern yourself with is today. Wow, is that great that we don't need to worry about their whole sentence? Just today and how we can pray and help! Thanks Lord.


Baby-First, welcome. Glad you are here. My husband is in for life, real life. Means his whole life unless the Lord intervenes. He will apply for clemency again, but that is politics, so .. It will only be the Lord if I see him at home ever. But that is true for my friend who’s husband is home. We never know what will happen when we walk on the street…. So enjoy him by mail or calls or visits, whatever you have for now.


Deidra, you are rushing aren’t you? Blessings as you work to get that old routine in your life. Change is hard.

Bonds, must tell you the story of India. A year ago some teens asked me if we could plan a trip to somewhere so they could be into missions a little. They said they thought that God was saying India. I said no. God took me to Singapore to show me that it would be India this year. So my income last year- husband and me together was $7000. Not a lot. I told the Lord I was tired of raising funds all the time, and He blessed me with someone giving the first thousand. All at once. Then someone gave $500. Then someone gave another $500. And someone just gave the money for all my shots to go. (India requires lots of shots- $309 worth and I have no insurance.) The total for the trip in July will be around $3000, almost half my income last year. And it is all there. God provides for these trips. Believe me, I am walking in it right now…..


Rmd, PM me the story of your husband getting off life sentence, or put it on here. I need encouragement. (Money I can believe for, getting off life, I am working on…)

Father God in heaven, we thank You for the day You have given us. Lord, I know there are sites for wives of lifers, but I needed a thread with prayer warriors more than others who are married to lifers. So I thank You. And now I find there are those here or people they know about who are married to lifers. You are a good God. And there are those here married to or committed to those with very long sentences. Lord, You are such an amazing God.



Bless each one of the people on here and those just reading the prayers. Lord bless especially those incarcerated. Give them abundance and joy where they each are today. Give them good times with prayer partners or give them connection to You. Father they live day to day. In a long term sentence, all they can do is go day to day seeing what You will bring. In fact they often feel like You have forgotten them.



Let each person know You have not forgotten them. In fact You gave me that wonderful revelation the other day about how You look down from heaven and listen to their groans. (Psalm 102:19 "The LORD looked down from his sanctuary on high,
from heaven he viewed the earth,
20 to hear the groans of the prisoners
and release those condemned to death.")
In Jesus name we come to You, the only God. Amen. Selah....


Hey, is that not amazing?? God looks down and just looks at our guys to hear their groans. Wow. He listens to their groaning, and I groan sometimes about my dear one's groaning. So I had to repent the other day when I realized that our God just looks and listens. What love is this?? What amazing love is this? Oh what a precious Lord we have ladies.

Me again. Just got a crazy idea. Why don't we put up green ribbons in trees for the guys we are praying for to be released? I have yellow ribbons up with kids in Iraq. I am about to put one out for Patrik. I have had Charlie out there with all the others but just got this idea of adding green ones- for life- to bring new life to us all by our love coming home. I know with my yellow ones people ask about them, and many are Christians so they pray. So now I will change Charlie's color to green ....

I know I want people to know that there are Christians inside, and that God is changing men inside the walls. What better way to get others praying for our guys??

If you PM me with the first name of your loved one who is inside, I will put it out on my tree. If anyone else wants to do it to their tree maybe we should post a list of the names... Let me know what you all think. I have neon green recipe cards that are very noticeable. I am on my way to walmart to get the green ribbon. Life must be in a stirring for everyone lately huh? We all have so many different things going on all at once and yet, we still manage to meet here to praise and pray. that is amazing. Amen to that!
Yesterday was my beloveds birthday. My mom and his mom came with me to the visit. It was the first time they met. My love is having a really hard time lately and his stress falls onto me and they only way i am handling it is because my sorrow belongs to the Lord. He carries all of my stress so that i may live for Him.

Lord you are so wonderful. Thank you for never turning your back on us even though we stray. Thank you for always having us in mind no matter where our minds are. Lord thank you for forgiving us our sins when asked.
father, i come asking for peace. Please enstill peace and rest in everyones' hearts today. Take the stress and stressors off our plates and take them for Yourself. Lord, i ask that you bare my burdons Lord and guide me to make the right decisions that will please You. Lord help me be a better wife to be and a help my husband to be feel Your presence. Keep him safe in that dangerous place Lord.
