I pray for the families who are apart. I pray for the innocent children who lack the attention of thier fathers. I pray that our heavenly father opens the hearts of the men and women who have felt abandond by him and that they realize He has never left them. I pray that in the moments of silence we spend each day we take a look at our lives and not concentrate on what we are missing but what we have and even for that brief moment we give thanks. I pray that those holding resentment and anger towards loved ones for whatever reason release those feeling of negativity and find compation. I pray for a new found hope in my relationship and the posibility of reuniting my family. I will forever pray for those who are my friends, strangers, and even my enimies as they too make me who i am.

Hello Ladies!

Well i just returned to Traverse City! I went and visited Chuck today and it was absolute Heaven. He is really super sick right now and that part sucked because we couldnt make out~! haha. But i pray for his health.
When i crossed the Mighty Mac there was a wind advisory and i had to have an ESCORT! how funny was that! i laughed so hard.

AND LADIES...I FINALLY TOLD MY MOM THAT I WILL BE TAKING MY VOWS ON THE INSIDE OF THE WALLS! whew. that was a LOT off my shoulders. I think she is taking it better than i ever imagined. at least thats what she is showing me!
So now we are on to working on getting married again...third time's a charm right??? lets pray so!

Prayers are needed. I am still under attack. I have not been able to write what God has laid on my heart to write for my sisters services next Saturday. Norm has been a complete jerk. He is not going to meetings, not in his word, you know-the whole deal. I have no time with my horses, I have the kids 24/7 because Norm is acting so hatefully. We are not intimate. In fact, I found out the other day he had started masterbating again! It is an old addiction, and I fear this is opening everything back up to let the rest of them back in. I am so tired, no time to even really process my own loss, too busy taking care of everyone else. Jesus is my Strong tower, but friends, I need prayer-I am growing weak.

hey all....PLEASE pray extra hard for Donny....his review is being sent to the Judge tomorrow and that will determine if and when he will be released....if it is September 21st (the day we've been planning on all along) we only have 18 days to go!!! yay!
Everything should be fine as long as the judge doesn't deny his program because of the 2 writeups he had (petty things, not like fights or anything like that)...Please pray that the writeups will not affect anything and pray that Donny will be released on September 21st!!!! Hello all. I check prison talk every now and then for about a year now and I have always just checked under the Illinois forum - but right now when I saw the title of your forum - my heart jumped. I love The Power of a Praying Wife book and prayers and have lived off of them for a long time now. I haven't had a chance to read through all of your comments here yet but am so excited to know that there is a group of strong women praying for there men and loved one's.
God is amazing and I have been feeling so distant and alone and even drawing away from the Lord lately out of discouragment and I am truly taking seeing this as a sign from God.
I know I have to get back on track and secure our foundation and pray for my husband who is the head of our home and under attack from the enemy every day.

Ari, welcome to our prayer circle. At one time or another we have all felt discouraged and alone. But thank the Almighty God for reminding us that we are not alone. HE is always with us.
Psalms 27:14-Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

I think it would be a great idea for us to have another prayer day. It would be nice to have it once a week. I also think Deidra's idea for a fasting day would be great as well. Let's think of a day that would be good for us.

To all of my sisters, we are in constant attack by the enemy. We have to show satan that he can not destroy us. He can attack us were it hurts but he can not break!!! God is so good and all the time!!!

Lately Ive Been Drained From That Job That Ive Only Had Time To Wrok And Sleep. I Went To Church Sunday And I Went Straight To Church From Work In Pants. I Felt Different But, The Lord Knows My Heart. The 12 Hour Shifts Are Hitting Hard And I Went In Last Night At 6pm Til 6am This Morning. I Couldnt Lay Down Til I Caught Up On The Post And Posted. Im Tired Ladies But, Know That Daily You Are In My Prayers. The Other Day I Came On And Was Too Tired To Post Plus, My Computer Was Tripping So I Just Read And Got Off Line. Ive Been Drained But, I Know The Lord Will Strengthen Me At My Weakess Point. Then I Bought A New Printer And Come To Find Out It Has No Ink Cart In The Box. So Back To The Store With That. Anyway Ladies I Want You To Know That I Love Yall And You Are In My Prayers.

I Think A Fast Would Be Wonderful. How About September 11, 2007. Thats On A Tuesday And We Can Fast From 5am To Noon, Or Noon Til 7pm Or 7pm Til 2am. We Will Fast For 7 Hours Since Seven Is A Blessed Number. Or If Thats Not A Good Time What About September 17, 2007 Since Our First Post Time Was 9:17pm. Just Let Me Know.
