Caroline.....I know you have waited patient for this union to come to pass and we pray that God would remove all the obstacles and allow this blessed union to manifest itself. God is so good. I am so happy for you Caroline. Need a maid of honor??? LOL

I have truly missed coming online daily to pray and chat with my sisters. Well all is well as far as my internet goes. I am however very weak in my body and I can't seem to get any energy. My joints/bones ache and I have a monster migraine. But the Lord is able to heal my body and give me all that I need. I am trusting him for my healing. I don't know if I ever told any of you that I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus in 1999. As a result of this illness I have suffered 2 strokes! But I have been blessed to have had no residual damages to my body. I have been completely healed both times. I want to pray for my sisters and I ask that you keep me lifted in prayer as I try to get well. Also keep Sincere and I lifted up because we are getting closer to his freedom and we are praying that God would give us direction and put us in the path of those we need to network with.

Lord we come humbly before your throne thanking you first and foremost for another days rising. Lord we know that is was by no deed of our own that our eyes were opened and we maintained breath in our lungs, but it was because of your touch of love and your undying mercy that we are still alive. Father we come to praise you and lift you up. For truly you are worthy to be praised. From the rising of the sun till the going down of the same, the name of the Lord is worthy of praise. Hallelujah!! Lord you are the giver of life, you are our way maker, you are our lawyers, you are our judge, you are our bread of life, you are ALL that we need and we know without you we are nothing but dust from the earth.

Father we pray that you continue to build us up where we are weak. Continue to help us with our patience during our waiting process. Be with those who may be suffering with depression/anxiety. Settle their minds that they may be able to make sound decisions concerning their lives and the lives of those they may be responsible for. Lord be with those who suffer from illness/weakness/tiredness. Father we pray for energy. We pray for healing of our bodies. Lord give us rest for our bodies. Lord we pray that you would touch us now and release the hold that sickness and tiredness seem to have on our bodies. We plead the blood of Jesus and believe that our healing is coming to pass. Let us trade our weakness for your amazing joy.

Father we lift up all the sisters on our thread and pray that you would be with their mates as they are away. Lord some are awaiting parole, hearings, retrials, commutation, and out dates. Lord we pray that you would keep your angels of protection to encamp round about them and protect them from any hurt, harm, or danger. Father we pray that you would keep their minds as they wait. Father we don't know the things they face daily being behind bars. We can only pray that they are protected from harm and that their minds stay on you.

Lord continue to be with us all. Give us all we need to make it through this day, for tomorrow is not promised to us. Lord we thank you in advance for the releases, the paroles, the marriages, the engagements, the commutations, the out dates, and for those who may be required to wait longer. This year, '08, we have been standing on as the 'year of release'. We are standing on your promise to never suffer the righteous to be forsaken. And as Sincere and I go through the process of trying to prove his innocence, we ask for divine favor. Lord send us where we need to go and give us all we need. We know that you are able to do it. We believe in you word, we believe in your way, and we believe in you. We stand together and pray for release. We know you are in the midst. Lord you have shown me the release and have given me faith/hope. Father we pray that his release be granted and that it manifest itself into the natural.

Continue to bless each of us and we will be careful to give you and only you praise. In Jesus Name.

Father, in Jesus Name, we come before you to say thanks. You're such an awesome God and we love, adore and worship you for being the true and living God.

God, we thank you for the praise reports from your children. Continue to show yourself strong. Your grace, favor and mercy is something that we don't deserve, but you continue to bless us in spite of.

God, we thank you for all the prayer requests that have been posted by your children. Lord, hear our moaning, just like you did the children of Israel when they were in Egypt. God, our loved ones are in a strange land, and they need your divine intervention.

Holy Spirit, keep a hedge and fence of protection around them. Allow them to find favor, mercy and grace w/ the prison officials and inmates. Even though they are in a strange land, you can keep them protected from all hurt, harm and danger. Jesus, allow them to find favor while they are in prison, the same way Joseph found favor while he was in prison.

Jesus, allow the light/life our loved ones to be a beacon and haven for those that do not know you.

Lord, I thank you that you've heard our prayers and we anticipate you to do a new thing in the lives of our loved ones. Lord, strengthen the families that support them. Meet all of their needs, especially financially - for it can be expensive supporting someone incarcerated.

God, I am expecting praise reports from your people, for we believe your report.

You're the greatest and deserve and incredible praise.

Dear Sisters, first of all, congrats to Caroline on the date. May you be blessed. Second, Vicki I am so happy that you are sticking it out. God is right there with you.

Next, I have been down in the dumps since beginning of December, but I read through what the Lord is giving me in my prayer diary all along, and decided to share it with you. It has really encouraged me today. I hope it does you.

Dec 5 You are in a test, a fire. Jesus is right there with you.

Dec. 9

Isa. 54: 10"For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake,

I started getting really encouraged when I read The last two, since one says God will not withhold things that are good, and the second one says He will indeed give something that is good. I believe I am hearing from the Lord, the same as all of you that this is the year of release for us. Praise God.

Hello everyone, I'm requesting prayer for my husband ricky and I. We are newly married, we can't visit often due to me being on the east coast and he's on the west coast, however God has given us favor where I've been able to visit him several times. Where he's incarcerated, he's been on lockdown since the summer. we were able to visit for the holidays though because the allowed visitation for the holidays. The prison seems to want to lift the lockdown but there has been so much unrest amongst the races and gangs. anyway, i believe in the power of prayer and God is a God of the impossible, Amen Thank you for including rick and I in your prayers>

I'm new here too. You and your husband are in my prayers. What a saint you must be to him. Maybe he should check into trying to get a transfer to a more "civilized" place. If there is even such thing where he is. i KNOW its a hit or miss thing but stay praying!

ladies I have just recently discovered this forum and was delighhted to find so many who believed in the power of pure prayer to our Father through our Lord and Savior. I am one of those unfortunate people who has a loved one that is incarcerated and have kept it from the people I love. My mother is a powerful prayer warrior and it hurts me that I have never been able to share this information about my significant other. He is a wonderful man who's faith and understanding of our God is increased since his incarceration. However, since he has never met my family I feel that they would judge him by his mistakes and not for the man he truly is. I come from a very conservative upbringing and for us something like incarceration is something that still holds a great stigma. Actually my prayer request today is not about this matter because this is something I will have to continue to ask for God's guidance on.

Today my concern is about my husband-to-be. He was scheduled for a transfer to an assessment center that determines which halfway house he goes to, he was supposed to call me and let me know that he got there safely. The devil is plaguing me with anxiety as my man has not called me yet ( he would hwve been transferred Wednesday) so I amworried that something went wrong, etc.We only talk at least three times a week because I am in North Carolina and he is in New Jersey so you know the calls are pretty expensive and the last time we talked was on Sunday. I need you all to pray with me that he is safe and that everything is going according to plan and that there have been no unexpected hitches in the process. Pleas also pray with me that I learn to lean not on my own strength but to remember that my Savior is the Prince of Peace and know that the peace that passes all understanding is mine through Christ who strengthens me.

I would also like help praying for a man who is on PTO. He posted something today that touched my heart. He was incarcerated and while he was there his wife remained faithful and vigilant until he was released last year in June, unfortunately she had been battling cancer for a long time and the Lord finally ended her suffering on Friday the 18th of January. This poor man is deveasted and although I gave him some words of encouragement I am asking you my newfound sisters to pray that he holds on to God through this time of pain as it appears that the only support system he has is PTO.

I know that this is a rather lengthy posting for a first timer but I had a lot to unload and I just felt the love and acceptance so I went ahead and did just that.

Mecca, glad you are blessed. I am married to a lifer, and am believing God will release him.

Carole, glad you are with us. I see you are in NC. My daughter is there in Wilmington. I had a hard time telling my kids I married someone in prison, but they are almost all coming around. I have five kids and raised them alone. My daughter in Wilmington comes up to visit, and loves visiting Charlie. Where are you? You can PM it if you want.

Ronnie, welcome to you. I am glad you are coming here to pray. We stand together. Not a lot of Christians understand. But I just keep going on and telling people. And my countenance shows them I am sincere, and that God is blessing our marriage, as unusual as it is.

Lord God Almighty, I come in the name of Jesus, our King. Father we ask for protection on the men represented here - especially today for the men represented by Mecca, Carole, and Ronni. Father, protect them and bless them. Father help them keep in touch. It is so difficult for them. We wonder why they don't call, but there is always a reason. Help us to stay resting in You. Father it is not what we do but Who You are. We rest today in our Faithful Father whose heart is toward us and toward our loved ones.

Help this dear man who has lost his wife, Father. What a lonely thing that must be. Bring him peace in an impossible situation.

Strengthen where strength i s needed. Lord bring love to them as they are in the pits of hell it seems. Lord, YOu care and Your arm is long enough to reach into the very blackest place because You are the Lord of the universe. Father, bless these ladies. Bless their prayer times. Bless their loves. Bless my Charlie. Make me a suitable helper for him, that he may be able to stand at the gate and be respected. Lord, that he would have confidence in me and lack nothing of value. Lord, that is what you want of a wife, and Lord, it is more difficult to do from a prison cell, but Lord, I know that Charlie is respected as he has grown in You. I know there is a way for me to give him anything of value that he needs. Help us to sort out what really is of value as they are inside, dear Father. In Jesus name we come. Amen.

I am truly saddened today to hear of the loss of Mrs. D. She was truly a wonderful person. She was very sweet and helpful. I have had many conversations with her, especially when I first came to PTO and was unsure of how the MDOC worked. She was an inspiration to me, seeing as how I am loving a lifer! I pray that God would send comfort to her husband and family. I know 1st hand the affects of grief since I lost my brother less than a year ago. I am keeping her and her family lifted up in prayer. I am also praying for my sisters on Praying Wife Thread. We have been growing and are reaping the fruit of our labor. God is blessing us tremendously ladies. The are not yet in the physical, but in the spirit realm we have an abundance of blessings in the making. We must holdfast to God. We must strive to live pleasing to him and to do his will. God is going to release our loved ones, even those who are lifers!

Kay, you and I know first hand how it feels to be with someone that the DOC says will never return home. But you and I also know that God is the one that is in control. He has the FINAL say. No man can truly JUDGE us. It is God that holds our destiny. He knows the beginning from the end. I am standing on his word and praying for Charlie and Sincere and any other who may be lifers. God will release them. I am believing by faith. God said if we have faith the size of a mustard seed! I know my faith far outweighs a mustard seed. Keep praying and believing.

I ask that you pray for Sincere and I. Soon (like next week) I will have a meeting with someone who may be very instrumental in helping me clear his name and getting him released after 13 years!! I am very positive and prayerful that this person can and will accomplish this goal.

'08 is the YEAR OF RELEASES! Stand on that sisters. We will not only get releases from prison, but finances, burdens, anger, bitterness, broken homes/relationships, depression, addictions, loneliness, homelessness, work situations, and any other thing that hinders God's children. '08 the YEAR OF RELEASE!!

Be blessed Sisters! Know I love you and am lifting up every prayer request to the Father.

I thank God for all of you. I thank God for your stedfastness, inspiration and faith. I thank you for the support and caring as I read your words. They have uplifted me and brought some comfort. I'm a little emotional today, I'm missing my husband terribly. There are good days and better days, Praise the Lord. He's in control of all things, Alleluia!!! I'm so happy for a response. Please let's not give up on this forum its so needed here.

Happy Friday! I stand in agreement with all of the prayer request posted here today, and for supernatural release. I thank God for the power of agreement. "Where 2 or 3 are gathered in My name, I AM in the midst..." 1 can put a 1000 to flight, and 2 can put 10,000 to flight, so ladies we are shaking the foundations of heaven and putting the devil to flight!

My prayer request is for traveling mercy as I go to visit my hubby this weekend. The weather has been pretty bad here in california, but I am going forth. I felt discouragement in one of his letters this week, so I want to go with a word of encouragement to uplift his spirit. I know God is moving mightily on his behalf. I end a 21-day fast on Sunday, and I am believing God for release and restoration! Pray my strength in the Lord.

Heavenly Father, I come before Your throne today with praise. I glorify Your Holy name. I come with thanksgiving for every prayer request represented here today, declaring that they're already are answered. You are a God who answers prayer, and hears the cries of Your children.

I ask that the faith of every believer represented here be supernaturally strengthened. I come against doubt, unbelief and discouragement that the enemy has tried to plant in the hearts Your children. You Father, have given each one of us the measure of faith, and You are the author and finisher of our faith. I thank You that every word that comes from our mouths, that's lining up with Your word shall be performed. I give You praise Father, that You did not give us a spirit of fear, but that of love, power and a sound mind. Therefore, depression and oppression must GO, in the name of Jesus! I thank You Father, that right now as we are praising You, You are giving us a garment of praise for our heaviness. Continue to strengthen us, and give us revelation, insight and good news regarding those that are in prison that we bring before You today.

Keep a hedge of protection around us, Heavenly Father, as we travel the highways this weekend visiting our loved ones. I charge the angels of heaven to go forth and clear the pathways we will travel of all hurt, harm and danger. I bind every traffic accident, mechanical failure, traffic ticket, every form of road rage and the spirit of sleepiness, in the name of Jesus. I cancel every assignment that has been released from the pit of hell, and reverse it back to the pit!

Me and my fiance' pray every night at 10:00 p.m. Holding each other's picture, praying to God to keep us strong, and for God's peace and love to sustain our family. Hello to all my christian sisters...

i am so happy to see the new members of our great little circle.... it has grown so much since i began as a new member...As a matter of fact i am learning to be an old hat at some of this stuff. Thank goodness it was an education by fire...hehe

I come to tell you all that i too believe 2008 to be the year of releases.... we have many coming up for board hearings, retrials, communtations etc and so far we have been blessed with the wonderful parole of harold and such a blessing for both he and diedra....

I ask that you pray that michael and i are as blessed on the last day of this month, when michael sees the board for the 8th time in california. I know the lord has his hand on this... and i trust he will do his will.

I am fortunate enough to say i recieved a job offer in california that is incredible. However it did not include relocation assistance and so i am concerned about finding the money to move with... i have to start the new job on march 17th and i know that i can do this... but it will take gods help to make the finances come together. So pray that it all works for us..

I have faith that we will get everything we need to be blessed with our spouses and loved ones home and the financial burdens we are under to be removed.

God is good and he is the greatest father we could ask for and i know he will provide for this family.. please pray that california allows my husband and many others that go to board this next week....to come home.

Hello, wow, we finally are gathering for prayer again. Praise God.

Father God, we lift up Sincere and Charlie and 2 Cool's husband up to You for a true miracle. There is no way on earth for them to come home except that You glorify Yourself with their miraculous release. Father I pray especially for Sincere next week that he would have favor with the person who is meeting with him. Lord God, YOU ARE ABLE to release him, and bring Justice. You tell us to seek justice, well we are right here doing exactly that. There is truly nothing we can do but ask, and we ASK. We plead with You for mercy for these three men who have life sentences. Father, Sincere is innocent. Charlie has admitted his guilt and been forgiven. Charlie is truly a changed man, and even the guards have told me in private he should not be still there. He has done lots of time. Have mercy. Have mercy. Oh. Lord of heaven and earth have mercy on these three lifers. Lord.

We also agree with Chantelle, fo the board meeting for Mike. It is coming right up, at the end of the month. Oh Lord, we long to see the next miracle. Father there are those who say YOu no longer do miracles, but we have seen our own Harold get parole. We who deal with the system know that this is almost impossible for men in this corrupt and political system. But You blessed us all with the knowledge that one guy among us will soon be home. So let Sincere and Mike be the next miracles this coming week. Let us hear good news from both men.

And Lord we are believing for others to be released. You have shown us this is the year for release. Oh, that Your love and glory would shine out from our prayers here Father. IN Jesus name we come. Amen.

Sorry i have been amuck lately. With MrsD's death i have honestly been distraught. I have talked to her husband several times and just trying to deal with things especially because i am unable to make it to her services. I do know in my heart and soul it was her time to go home to Our Father.

Ladies, i am so upset. Our prayer circle has literally been in the hands of an evil person. I find refuge in our circle. I am in peace when i am here worshiping the Father with my True Sisters.
But i am disgusted that a family member of Chuck's followed me onto this site and has been reading my prayers and praises in a disgusting demonic manner.
I pray in the name of Jesus that He heals this disappointment, hurt and betrayel from my heart. I pray that Jesus opens my heart to forgive this persons actions. I pray that the Lord is merciful in His punishment to her. I pray that the Lord takes mercy on their soul.
I pray that i can find sanction in our prayer circle again.

I am here tonight to let you guys know how much i appreciate the prayers that have been said for michael and i and our upcoming board hearing... Thank you soooo much. We are handling things well and trying to leave it to the lord. Mike says he doesnt think he has ever been so prepared for a hearing in all the hearings he has attended. So he has the grace of the lord on him. This i am sure of...

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you today with so many of my sisters on my mind and in my heart. Lord, you have blessed me so greatly with such good friends and i know that this was your will for me so that i would have good christian women to turn to that would understand our unique situation. I praise you lord for the wonders of joy i have gained from my relationship with you and with my sisters in christ.

Lord, I ask you to take caroline in your arms and heal her spirit lord. She has a broken wing and needs your tenderness to help her heal and learn to fly again. She and Deidra are so much a part of this prayer circle that i never want her to feel unhappy coming here. We all need her words of your will and encouragement. Lord, bless her and help her find forgiveness and allow you to judge those doing evil.

Lord, I ask that you take my husband in your embrace and wrap him in Your goodness before he goes to the board hearing. Lord, allow the board to see what you have made my husband to be, what you have taught him to be... your heavenly child.... he bows to your will and hears your signs when you leave them. Lord, allow the board to find forgivness and understanding at the board hearing on january 31. UPDATE- I ended up going to the ER a couple of days ago due to having severe dizziness. I am on some pretty strong medicine to try to keep my equilibrium on balance. I am extremely dizzy for the majority of the day, especially when i haven't taken my meds. I just ask that the sisters pray for my healing (as I have already prayed and laid hands on MYSELF). They are sending me for an MRI sometime next week to try to rule out Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and some type of brain infection. I claim my healing right now and rebuke the spirit of sickness. God will get the glory! Pray for Sincere and I as well. I was supposed to have the meeting today with the prosecutor, but he had to reschedule. I guess it may have been God, because I am truly in no shape to drive around or make valid life-changing points on anyones behalf. So keep me lifted in prayer. I am praying for you all as well.

Caroline- I understand completely how you feel. I too had someone reading my posts, but not for any genuine reason. It was being read to cause harm to me. I prayed for that person as well. I applaud you for lifting them up to the Father and asking for mercy to be granted to them. I also pray that you are able to forgive this person. The reason I was able to forgive this other person is because I talked to them and inquired as to why they would want to do such a thing. Their answer actually amazed me and I had to explain to them why I say and do the things I do when it comes to Sincere. After that we were good. I don't have a problem with anyone reading anything I may post. I would invite them to, who knows they may find the Lord!! But definitely keep that person lifted in prayer and search yourself for forgiveness.

First of all, we send the devil packing, back to the pit of hell, along with all his demons of infirmity. He will not insult our Lord and Savior, Jesus who took 39 stripes on His back for every desease and sickness known to man. Those stripes were not taken in vain, therefore Juanita, you are healed! He was wounded for your transgressions, bruised for your iniquities, the chestisement of your peace was laid upon Him, and by His stripes you ARe healed!
