Hi again. Just wanted to report a lil' good news... provided everything goes as planned. I did talk to my fiance's friend John. He's planning to go to the courthouse & request a copy of the divorce papers for us! I was so relieved, but please keep this in prayer. John has sickle cell anema (sp?) and was in the hospital when I text messaged him on his cell phone. I hope he's well enough to go on Monday. I'm not sure if it's just a regular check up kind of thing or why he's in there. He didn't really give me a chance to ask. It was like "I'm at the hospital" - like it was just any other day to him. I'm sure he's used to it and truthfully, I didn't want to pry too much either! So I'm believing and trusting in the Lord, that John will be successful in getting those copies for us. He knows he's nearly our last resort at this time! Thank you all so much!

Hi ladies~!

Thank you all so much for keeping Jason and I in your prayers. I am still praying for each and every one of you. Fyrenspyc I hope that everything works out for you. I know if we all keep sending up prayers the lord will keep sending down blessings. Just keep your faith.

I just wanted everyone to know that the DOC keeps finding ways to make this journey even harder on Jason and I. He got in trouble for making a 3 way call. He called his home and his sister 3 wayed me b/c for some reason he couldn't call my house. He got a disciplinary review for that. THen when he got his 1 phone call after they arrested him for that he said he was going to call his mom so she could relay the message to me and the attorney. Because both myself and his mom were working at this time he called his attorney instead b/c he couldn't get in touch with us. For this they gave him another infraction for "lying to staff". This all seems so trivial. I need everyone to lift him up in prayer. I am praying they don't take all his gain time. They could take it ALL for one of those offenses. Please keep this in your prayers ladies!!

Heather, bumping heads with the DOC is something you will have to adjust too. Nothing is set up in favor of inmates which is one of the biggest reasons to forget about the system and what it is "offering" and just pray and believe.
its crazy...prison life. and honestly, i cant wait for our stint to be over! but we are taking lessons learned and praising God for the opprotunity to seek Him more passionately and feverently and to take away the distraction of being together on a daily basis to serve Him.

Father, I agree with all that is prayed on this site this week. Thank You for hearing our prayers.

Lord, we lift up Heather and of course, Jason. Father we thank You for the hope You have given them. Father, Hope is so hard to sustain in prison. I pray that all those represented here are filled with hope as we see these miracles coming to us.

I thank You for the miracle for Charlie this week, Lord. Bless him and help him to sustain hope too.

Father I lift up NLove to you as she plans a woman’s gathering. Father You know every little thing she is to do to have a good gathering. Father show her.

Bless Thunder as she has welcomed so many of us onto the site. Give her a special surprise this week.

Father, I continue to lift up Vicki as she walks in faith. Lord bless her and would You in Your infinite love, extend grace for her to walk it out right now?? She has had a long road, and it is a difficult one. Continue to provide for her and the kids. Let her know how much You love her. Fill her heart to overflow as she trusts in You for her very life.

Father I pray for Ginger about the papers she was getting today. Be with her and go before her and do all the little things that need to be done. I know getting married on the inside is a difficult thing. I did it, but now I can look back at how funny it actually was. The clerk at the town office telling me my fiancé had to come to sign papers. I said he could not. She said why, and her teeth almost fell out when I told her he was in prison. Other things too. Lord. I pray for Ginger that she would cry because she is laughing so hard about the incidents that will arise….give her patience.

Father, You have heard Heather’s heart, and I ask that You would show Jason how to do things so he will not keep stumbling. Give him strategies that will work. Father, I know Charlie has the strategies, but he is awful tired of the pettiness of it all. Bless Charlie too Father.

Lord, bless Chuck and Caroline today. Give them an ever deepening love for each other and You.

Caroline, you are right about the system not working for the inmates. I will share something the Lord has been showing me. There are systems in the world that just do not work. I taught school for many years, and the system of education was terrible. I fought for better teaching of reading, and they fought me... Long story. Charlie and I were sharing about his system and I was talking about mine. We finally recognized that the systems are alike in how they work. But we both sensed the Lord was showing us more. So I was telling my pastor. He ended up doing a word study on



Eph. 2:1As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.


So we were dead and came to the place of coming to the Lord.



Then, Eph. 6:11 says



Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.


He told me to look up the word schemes. It is an evil plan of moving forward- an evil system of doing things. I was totally floored. I do not believe the intention of the men who started prisons was evil. But since they use a system that is made by man, and changed at the whim of man, the system becomes evil over the years. IN order to keep their jobs, they have to submit to the past system. On and on.



So we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities in high places.



Father, Help each one of us to live with the system, and to trust in You to bring about what YOu will. We know Your plans are not to harm us, but to give us good things. Thank You that You are there. Amen

I ministered on this very topic of systems as well not long ago, and I'd like to share a small excerpt of it.

The Bible tells us that we are in this world, but not of this world. We are citizens of the Kingdom of God. It goes on to teach us that we are here to establish the Kingdom here on earth. We are to have dominion (authority, or control) on earth over the world.

First we need to understand that the original Greek translation for the word “world” is "cosmos" , which means systems, or arrangements.

The “Kingdom of God” means God’s rule, or reign, God’s arrangement.

So in other words: We are in the systems of this world, but not of it; but rather we are here to take over (change it) by establishing God’s rule over the world’s! Greater is He who is in us, than he who is in the world (or of this system). That means this system is not supposed to dictate or limit us, the citizens of God's Kingdom. God is Almighty, the Most High, and we inhabitants of that Kingdom!

We overcome the world (systems) by the Blood of the Lamb (Salvation thru Jesus) and the word of our testimony (declaring God’s word over and above the system). The word of God is Spirit and life, and will not return unto Him void, but do that which it was sent to do, and it was sent to establish His Kingdom. So no matter what they say, we cast it down, replace it with the word, and stand on God’s living word!

Now that’s where faith comes in. It is impossible to please God without faith. Why? Because faith without works is dead and will not produce. Our faith is the evidence of things not seen (God’s rule).

So when the devil comes to us with his deception of this world’s system, which is contrary to the Truth of God, we replace it with what God says, and STAND in faith as God brings it to pass! God can not lie, and He promised that He would confirm His word with signs and wonders, and that He would indeed perform His word! All we have to do is believe.

Father, my prayer today is that You strengthen our faith in Your word. Just as You framed the worlds with Your word, teach us to frame our world, the systems we are in, thru the words we release. Let us be ever so mindful of the power of our words, and to make sure that they line us with Your living word. You said that if we decree a thing, it shall be established. And that we are to reign as kings on earth. So just as a king makes decrees in his kingdom, help us to meditate on, and decree Your word without ceasing, and bring to pass Your rule and reign in the land.
Thank You Father, for maturing us in spirit and equipping us for our purpose on earth of establishing Your Kingdom.

Praise the Lord my wonderful and sweet sisters!!! It has been a long time since I have posted. However I did not forget to pray for you all. I see that more sisters found our prayer circle; WELCOME!!! It is such a blessing to be amongst such strong women of faith and prayer.

I have been so busy these past few weeks. My mother-in-law flew in from Texas a week ago. She had a seminar for the women at my church. Let me tell God moved in a mighty way!!! She ministered to us all. I get chills just thinking about it!!! So many were healed physically and emotionally. We all came out of that workshop so encouraged in the Lord. God is doing great things!!! Praise God!!!

I have not read all of the post yet; I will do so. I love to read about the great things God is doing!!! This is the year of release and we need to stand on the promises of God. We are the heirs of Abraham's blessings!!! The blessings of Abraham is our inheritance and we need to claim it in Jesus Name!!!

Chantelle, it has been a rough these past couple of weeks for us. So much is going on at Solano that is affecting our loved ones there. It's been stressful to say the least. Not to mention the stress of you moving across the country. I have been praying for you and your husband. We have to continue to pray for the men at Solano. We know they are being treated so unfairly. The CDC may think they have all control; God is the one who is in control all things!!! Thank you Lord!!! I'm happy you will soon be closer to your husband. Love you!!!

Good morning ladies,

This may be the last time i have a chance to post until i get moved to california and i wanted to take the chance to say hello to all the wonderful new women that have come to our circle. I dont post as often as i used to... however i have high hopes that when i no longer have to work two and three jobs i will have more time to visit with all the great prayer warriors here. Heaven knows you guys have sustained me when i needed it. We are almost ready for the moving truck and certainly excited about the move. Well, all except my 13 year old daughter who is more harmonal than i am.... hehehe

I start to work on march 17th and if everything goes as planned, we will have almost a week to get the kids in school and the house set up. It has been a labor of love to get ready to be closer to my husband. It will be such a blessing to get to see him on a regular basis.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you this morning with wonder in my heart. You have blessed me so greatly in this lifetime and today you have allowed me to wake to another day with great hope for the future. Lord, you have given me beautiful children and grandchildren and we are all healthy and for the most part doing well and i am gracious for those blessings. You have blessed me with a wonderful husband who recognizes that without you in our lives, we will not work and so you are the number one father in our lives together.

lord, i ask that you keep us in your sights while we travel across the country and allow us to make it safely to california and let the move be succesfull and on time. Lord, allow the financial part of this move to continue to come together as it has so far. Continue to help us find sufficient funds to move and set up our house with. Lord, i ask that you bless our new home as a home of the lord and know that we want you in our house at all times.

Lord, please bless all the wonderful members of this prayer circle and give them the peace they need for the days to come to be a blessing and have the ability to find good in all that occurs in our lives.

Lord, be with vicki as she struggles and keep her and the grandchildren safe from harm.

Lord, be with chuck and caroline and keep her safe in her long travels in the poor weather conditions. Lord, allow chuch and caroline to get married and find the wonderful happiness you have so greatly blessed me with.

Lord, be with deidra as she prepares for her homecoming with harold.

Lord, be with kay and charlie and allow them to feel well and be healed

Lord, be with my husband as he faces the adversity of the non believers at solano, lord, shine down on those who have faith in you and allow them to face the adversity with love in their hearts to show the non believers that the lord is the most mighty in all of us. Allow them to find a reasonable ground in the middle that no longer will put our men at risk. Please know that i pray that the CO's and those in the wardens office, finally see and stop this attack within the prison itself. Be with those men lord and let them find the day brighter each and every day. Lord, you are the only one who can say when these men should be free and i pray that you will see to the release of many of these men soon.

Please forgive me of my sins, seen and unseen.

You are so right, Kay. The Lord is indeed capable of lifting us up! I know my fiance wouldn't be as strong as he is during this time, if it weren't for his faith. I'm so thankful that he's a believer!!

It's late & I am getting up early for church in the morning. I'm trying to keep a good record. I missed for a while, but have been doing well - I want to keep it that way. Just my personal preference! You're all in my thoughts & prayers. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! God Bless!!!

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you ever so gracious this morning. I got to talk to my husband yesterday and that always makes my day. I thank you for allowing me to wake to another day and be gracious in it.

Lord, i thank you for all the posters on this wonderful prayer circle and ask that you be with them through their trials.

Lord, i ask you to bless my husband and keep him safe from harm while so much turmoil and adversity surround him.

Lord, i ask that you keep myself and our children safe as i make this journey across the country...

Lord, forgive me of my sins... seen and unseen.

It's storming quite bad here in MS, so this is going to be short. Today was an extremely emotional day. My brother (as it turns out) has a huge issue with my decision to get married to an inmate. It's causing a big family problem, too & my dad is very upset with my brother's behavior. He's acting like a child & won't even speak with me. (Not that I want to speak with him currently anyhow.... I wouldn't want to say something I may regret.) Please keep my situation & family in prayer. I'm going to hand this issue over to the Lord and ask him to open my brother's mind and heart, just enough to at least give my fiance a chance!

I also attended my aunt's funeral today. I'm not sure if I mentioned before, but her only son is incarcerated here in MS. They did allow him to come to the viewing for one hour at the funeral home. It was so hard to see him there shackled and in stripes. I want to write to him, but feel so bad for not doing so sooner. I plan to pray about this situation, too. All things are possible with God.

Thank you ladies for being so faithful and such an inspiration to me. Lord, I pray that you watch over each and every one of the ladies here & their loved ones today & all the days to come. In your name, Amen.

Hi ladies!

Thank you all so much for keeping Jason and I in your prayers. I recieved a letter Jason forwarded to me from the FL department of Clemency. They're investigating his case and could potentially give him a full pardon.

Yes ladies, you heard me right, a FULL PARDON! That means he'll be past all of this. Please lift this up, my sisters. I need you all more now than ever. This could be a complete shot in the dark but as we all know nothing is impossible with our lord. So please, keep Jason in your prayers. I'm keeping the faith and hoping that if we keep on sending up prayer requests he'll keep on sending down the blessings.

I know how hard it can be to have your family not accept that you're engaged to an inmate. I will pray that the lord will open your brother's heart and let him find peace with the situation. Inmates are humans too. I want to welcome all the new comers (although I am a newcomer myself as well) to our thread. This is a very inspirational and peaceful place to come and share your stories, prayer requests, and praise reports. I'm glad to have all the new ladies that have joined us lately.

Just wanted to stop in and give you all the news. Keep on praying for Jason and I.

Ladies, I really need some encouragement and prayer tonight. I have been in touch with my fiance's aunt for many months. We first talked on the phone a few times & now we email each other regularly. Tonight, I was kind of shocked at her email. Recently, she wished me the best w/ the wedding plans & said she felt a connection to me. So tonight, I read an email that basically states she thinks he should go back to his ex. She didn't say it that bluntly, but it was in there, nonetheless. SO what am I? Chop liver?? I mean, I have been here for him. I love him and he loves me. He has no desire to go back to his ex, so I'm not really worried about that. I'm just stunned that his aunt would be all for us, then turn on me?! She also didn't like the fact that my answer to her "deal-breaker" question was to trust in God. I told her I felt that God would see us through anything, if we remained obedient and faithful. She claims to be a Christian woman and yet when I say "I'll trust in God" - that's the WRONG answer? Perhaps I didn't want to go into the topic with her. I do NOT have to tell her every single thought & feeling I have... yet that doesn't mean I am blind or a fool. One moment she's talking about how she feels her nephew (my fiance) has truly changed. After a visit she had with him in summer of 2006, she wrote him a letter (which I saw) stating how she could feel the Lord in his presence at the visit. Now 2 years later, she says she's not so sure he has changed. I mean, which is it? I'm really upset and confused. I just need to have a peace of mind right now. This on top of my brother's behavior is really discouraging. I won't give up but they sure can make it difficult to keep the faith at times. Please, pray for my family & his family, too. I don't know why the emotions are so high with everyone, but I pray things calm down soon. Thank you all for you thoughts & prayers. You'll continue to be in mine, as well.
