im in north sacramento lookin for my pops i aint seen him for 23 years last time i heard he was in tracy but i heard thats just like a reception prison until he is moved somewhere let me know if you can help me out

Im am in Marysville about an hour North of Sac. My babe was just moved to CTF Soledad (North) in Salinas which is about 5 hours closer than he way was .. Now I am trying to figure out how I am going to get there to see him. Does anyone else travel down there for visits from this area?
