my man used to be real skinny and wiry. Like 5'10" or 5'11" and maybe 130 lbs. Last time he got checked out he was 168 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL muscle! I didn't even know I liked so many muskles!! (as Babi would say!)

I got work to do myself,,,*my* thoughts is ,,in as much as his Musckles turn me ALL the way ON,,I know he needs some good visuals as well,,So anyone else getting it firm and Squattin it out?

Walking 4 miles a day after I drop off my son at Football practice. The days he doesnt have practice I do my bike and treadmill at home. On the weekends we take out the dirt bikes and ride trails and bike paths, or we go hike in the mountains close to the house. It sure has helped me to have a walking partner! Another football Mom walks with me and the miles just fly by. Checking what I eat also has helped.
