Default Anyone Have any Info on Shadowshopper?

They keep sending me emails about jobs in my area, but I can't access the information because I haven't paid to get it. Its only $10 a month for their "gold" membership, but I'm leery of giving them my credit card info if they aren't for real as well as I keep seeing warnings to not PAY for information like this.

Anyone have any dealings with them?

Here is what i got from the www.bbb.com : CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s). This company has been the subject of a pattern of complaint activity. The company has failed to eliminate the underlying cause for consumer complaints. Shadowshopper has very specific company policies posted on their website. The BBB advises that consumers read through the policies carefully before signing up for any service. The trial membership automatically renews to a years membership unless the user changes their preferences. Users can cancel the automatic renewal at any time during the trial by logging into the site and going to the My Information section or notifying the company via email.

You should never pay to do mystery shopping, or be on a company's list. They're supposed to pay you.

Sign up with a decent, reputable company like Confero or Kern Scheduling and you'll be kept busy and there's no fee.
