Jobs For Inmates

hi, does anyone know any companies or jobs here in delaware that don't mind hiring former inmates with drug charges.......any information at all will be greatly appreciated and helpful......thanx....

I think the best thing to do is talk to some of the probation offices in your area. Construction is always a good bet when you are former inmate. Reason i said is to call the local probation office cause they will be able to give you what they can and cant do .. if i can find anything online to that effect i will post it or pm it too you .. if i cant i will just post that i am unable too .

okay thank you mama i appreaciate every little thing....lol.....it helps....now with the construction do they have to have experience?

In most cases they dont unless its a very intricate in detail job., they just have to be hard workers ..

You can also start now and call some of the employment agencies and just ask them will they help an ex inmate get a job
