Well first of all I want to thank all of you who have written me and expressed so much comfrot. But since I am new to all of this, I have a few questions that maybe some of you might be able to answer. Well as most of you know my fiance, cheech got 12 years and now he has a year to move for rule 35 but for the mean time, its just time that goes by. I was wondering about intimate visits. Will he be able to have intimate visits with me. I think you have to be married, but if you're not than what if whenever he gets taken to the prison where he will be serving his time, and he gets cool with a CO or something, can something be worked out. Since we're not married yet. Would it be possible if we were married? Does it depend on the prison and state? How have all of you dealt with this. I had a miscarraige 6 months before he locked up and we were trying again but no success. Do you think I'll ever get that chance? Cheech is a federal prisoner but will NOT be placed in maximum security but not sure if he will go to a camp. We should find out next week. Thanks again and my prayers go out to all of you.

I'm not sure about a federal prison or camp, but in the state of GA there are no "intimate" visits which really suck, but so does this state. Sorry if I didn't help much....

Well like I said, I'm not sure where they are going to take him but his lawyer thinks it'll be North Carolina or SC. Is that for a state prison in GA?

When you find out what prison he is going to it may be worth posting is in the GA forum, Im sure someone could help there.

As far as I know Federal prisons have no conjugal visits.... I believe the ONLY states that do are California and New York....
