Hi kktx, what specifically do you want to know? I have a very good friend who is a lawyer and I might be able to track down an answer for you.

hopefully you have a decent judge. judge shumate from southern ut is very prejusticed and sarcastic. hes thinks hes on candid camara putting everyone down and making fun of them in court. i was appaled. i have education and expected more of him. he should be retired. the judges do have alot of say with the ut parole board. usually at the detriment of the inmate. as the judge is only giving his opinion.(he wasnt there). im not trying to be negitive but i have not been impressed so far.
