Default Case.Net questions

Can anyone explain to me the info that I see on case.net. How can warrant information be on there for the case that he is currently incarcerated for. Warrant due 10/8/2008 with a bond amount of $10,000 cash. I do not understand this, or who to contact to find out what it is. If this is accurate information, he will never come home. This is so frustrating for me. Any help, or information would really be appreciated.

I think the warrent stays active until they update the casenet system or it expires. I don't know how often they update all the info on there. I would not go by and believe 100% what is there. Call the county the warrent is from and ask them if it is still active. If so, tell them where he is.

Thank you for your quick response, I told my son about this info shown on case.net and he sent a letter to the city and received a written response saying they have nothing on him. But this info that I am now seeing on case.net has shown up since the time of his writing to the city. That is why I am so confused.

Depending on the county/city will determine when they update records. If it's really busy there, they may not have time to update everything right away, then again if it's not busy, they may not have the personnel to do it.

Call the county and ask them!
