my sentencing date is on october 12 hopefully they won't push it back again cause ya'll were right its getting too stressfull just sitting here waiting. still looking at 32 months in Y.O program. my mom still don't think that i'm goin to prison let alone doin 32 months.

I remember when my son was waiting to be sentenced and how stressed he was just by the fact of not knowing the unknown. i wish all the best.

well, God be with you young man. im 20 yrs old and was just released from prison. when i was sentenced it was the last thing i had expected. never assume your sentence. just hope and pray to your god that you will come out on top. we all make mistakes, but now its time to learn from them. if you do end up doing some time, use it wisely. take time to meditate on your present and past actions and figure out what you what for the future. i promise you it will help you in the long run. i did the same thing and now i am a sports sales manager going to college for my associates in IT. plan what you are going to do in the future now so when the time comes your road will already be paved, all you will have to do is walk it. again god bless and i pray for your saftey and increased wisdom --i did 36 months--

Good luck to you. Waiting is the worst. I hope things work out for you. I am waiting myself, and it is making me crazy.

Well I wish you the best of luck. You are so young so I can understand how you Mom is still thinking that her son doesn't go to prison. I hope she's right, always hope for the best but still be ready for the worst, that's how we all think dealing with these situations. If you do go in use that time to your advantage, if you don't just do all you can to make sure you don't ever have to go, you are still young and have every chance to turn your life around. I wish you all the luck in the world and will send you positive thoughts on the 12th of this month.
