Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Default Senate Bill No. 14
Does anyone have an understanding of this new bill. I under the 60 days GTC for a program completion. But I am not sure if my husband will receive the 20%. Any help in understanding this new bill would be great.

here is the link but if he is already in the system then no because it is not grandfathered and it wont effect already sentenced inmates only offenders that committ the specific crimes stated on or after jan.1 08
