I'm not married to him, but I'm with him because I want to be. I'm 23. I've been doing the distance thing since I was 13. With the first guy, I didn't know we'd ever get back in contact. I wasn't able to talk to him for 6 years (we lost contact, and he lives in Alaska). And my ex-fiance joined the military and was stationed in Korea. Now this stuff with my bf.

I don't feel I HAVE to stay, but I think it would be cowardly if I left. I know I can get through it, and with everything he's done for me the past 5 years, how can I not do this with him?

He's an independent though, so he wouldn't let it fly if he thought I was in this because I felt I HAD to be.

i chose both i have to and i want to because this relationship initially started because i wanted to be with him now 2 years later and many trials and tribulations later i have come to realize that when my mental strays away from our relationship and our love then i lose focus on the important things in my life.He is the one who pushes me to do good he is the one who picks me up when i fall,he is my best friend ,my rock. So in essence the want has turned into a have to because God will have it no other way.

I chose I want to. He is my true love! And I cannot see my life without him. This experience has been the hardest I have endured and the best thing all at once. I am a better person because of him and if I have to wait 5 years to spend the rest of my life with him then that is a small price to pay!

I love my husband more than anything. I will wait as long as I have to (because I WANT to). We have been together almost 10 years and have 2 kids and I cannot see myself with anyone other than him. He is my soul mate.. He is the only man for me.... forever and a week

I choose to do this with him. I didn't have to it was a choice that I made on my own. I could have walked away and said no thanks but he's a good man and I love him so I made the choice to be his lady and stick by his side.

Nobody wants to ride a prison term with the person they love, I wish all the time we weren't on this ride at all. BUT, I do this right by his side because he is the love of my life, his is so worth standing by. He is an incredible man. I am crazy in love with him and there is nowhere else I would rather be than by his side though anything life has to throw at us.
I don't do this because I have to, I do this because he is my husband and I am in love with him and I want to spend the rest of my life with him regardless of where he is.

I said "for better or worse" and I meant it. If he was not my husband, love wouldn't keep me around for 10 years of this hell, so I voted I HAVE TO. Obligation is a big part of marriage, I stand by him because of my vows.

I chose to do this with him. I chose to marry him while he was inside. We met and planned to marry outside, but the State of TX had other plans. So, we just went on like they didn't exist and got married anyway. He was quite pleasantly shocked to find that I was not only still here waiting for him, but willing to marry him while he was down (at what he considers the lowest point in his life).

i am not married to him, but i WANT to do this bid with him. it's my choice and he owes me nothing for waiting. he hates when i say that, i mean he really hates to hear me say that. he always says he owes me a lifetime cause i've made such a difference in his life. but to me i'm with him and i love him because i WANT to, not expecting him to kiss my butt or anything.(although, it's nice the times he does,lol!!)
