county and parole hearing delay???

Well, my husband is in Clay County for a hearing, same charges as Buchanan County, just different jurisdiction? If he is still there when his parole hearing comes up, does it have to be rescheduled? Also, will 2 concurrent sentences affect his parole eligibility? Thanks for any info.

My son, was in another county when his Parole hearing came up, he was told that he had no other option but to have his hearing rescheduled!! Which is exactly what transpired one month after his original hearing date!
