Default Section 81 & 84: Reducing the confusion

With the recent ambitions by the conservative government towards corrections reform, these two areas are expected to be used more, according to the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples. A community involved process, I'm wondering 1) if anyone on PTO has been in one and 2) if there were any questions about it.

I can say I've been involved and would like to see it get easier, but needs to be used to say whether it's a good idea or should be changed.
