I have an ex there that I would like to send a message to, but I can't do it myself as I am on parole. Any help would be appreciated.

Offenders in Okahoma prisons cannot email, nor do they have internet access. Have you thought about writing him?

thank you so much for your information i had no clue to this. most prisons have email in thier libraries. I know the one in mississippi does . thank you.
