How many times has your man been to Prison?

my husband has been in more than three times, but this is his first time in since we've been together, as we are mwi.

i couldn't do repeat bids, but that's just me. if he were to go back while WE were together, i would not be there to do the bid with him as anything more than the mother of his children...

but we are looking to brighter days, sans prison this time around.

This is his 2nd time in prison but only MY first time having to deal with the situation. I've already made it perfectly clear to him that this will be my ONE and ONLY time watiting for him. I told him and he understands, the consequences for him and for us.

He has been in trouble a few times and served a little 3 month sentence right before I met him but this is his first real bid and he got 7 years the first time. This is our first and last bid together.

this is his 4th time in....but the longest time! this is the first and only time i've done time with him...i have already told him i can't/won't go through it again.

This is his first time in prison...but he got another charge while in prison....so actually we are working on a 2nd term....WITH NO BREAK!!!

Ugh, anyway, I said this would be the 1st and only time too, but honestly, I just don't know. I don't think I got to worry too much about it. His language and idea of how to survive or different now. For instance he use to say "I will do anything to make sure my family never goes hungry..." Now he'll say "I will work 2 jobs to make things work for us" NOW THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT.

The reason he got caught up again was because I use to agree with the mentality of "DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO", but now I'm like....IT AINT WORTH IT!

As a matter of fact, I proud of myself for turning down some "hookups". I don't want to be apart of nothing illegal anymore (well....nothing major i.e. speeding tickets, parking violations. ect)

Yea, so my point is...if my husband did get caught up, if it was for some B.S., I will wait, but if he's doing some shaddy stuff behind my back putting our family at risk...then that shows his love, and my love will respond with........let's just stay it will reflect his love for me

this is my husbands third prison bit. i wasnt with him for the other two times. he goes back again, i am history. love is blind, not stupid. if he truly loves you then he will change his life to stay with you.

This is my husband's 4th time, second with me. I told him last time I woudn't do it again and I almost didn't. The first 2 years I only went to see him 3 times and that was because our son wanted to see him, I only wrote about once a month to let him know what was going on with our son, and I wouldn't let him call. But a few months ago we finally started talking I still haven't said we would stay together but this time he has started to change and sounds like he is finally growing up. It's about time since he will be 47 soon. I love him with all my heart but I didn't sign on for this. I want a normal life with a normal family and a normal marriage. Hopefully he will have his head on straight when he gets out and stays away from the coke and the meth. That's what I pray for every night anyway.

645 - lol it feels that way! He has been in and out since he is 15 in the 9 years i have known him he did a 4 yr bid and now in the 3rd yr of a 5yr bid and when I met him at 20 he was just coming home from a 3 yr bid.... I know i Know.
