mine did a small bid before we met but we have been together for 10 years and this is a first for us. I did tell him I won't do this ever again. If he loves me and our kids he'll never do anything to put our family in harms way again.

My husband went to prison 20 yrs ago and it was his first time.

my man went to jail a bunch of times. The longest he did was 2 months, but this was his first time in prison and he is doing almost 9 years

My boyfriend has been in prison twice. This is his second time. Both times it's been for robbery (for drugs). The first time I wasn't with him and didn't even know him. Both times has been because he relapsed and started using again and robs a store to support his habit. He always told me that he was never going back to prison again but the demon got a hold of him and he said F*** it I guess.

Before we were together he went to county a couple times for like 2-6 months. Then once when we got together for 6 month. This is his first prison bid and he was sentanced to 2 1/2 years. Everytime he has gone in it was for the same charge, selling cars that were not for sale.

this is my hubby 2bid his 1st wass 3yrs this his second bid hes doin 6yrs he has 2 more yrs lefted hes does 5 outta 6 i hope this his last bid cause i cant do a 3 bid

This will be the 3rd as an adult. Last time was six years, then he was out for 4 years ( 2 yrs clean and wonderful), now we are looking at 6-8.

This is J's 2nd bid. J went in in 1986, 1 month before our daughter was born. He went back in in 1995, 1 month before our son was born.

This is my husbands second time around he did 3 yrs and got out in 2006 then went back in sept 2009 and got another year he sais he is going to change but im sure evryone of u heard that all we can do is pray

My boyfriends just had the one conviction. It'll be the last one as well because there's no way I'm going through the whole prison thing again

This is my mans third, my first with him though, cant say I ever want to go thru this again, its hard but he tells me all the time I am the first "good girl" he has ever had when doin a bit an that is something. He is actually doing a drug treatment program an is trying to get an associates degree before he is released, he says I make him want to do something better with his life, I pray to GOD it is true because when he is clean he is an AMAZING man an father.

Technically only one time in the whole "how many times will you do bids with him" cause the first time he went to prison I had not even meet him yet. So this is his second time and this is my first. And I say I wont ever do this again but I love that man more than anything & couldnt ever picture my life without him.

I've noticed on other threads that some men have been been in 2,3 or even more times...How do you do it? And what factors do you consider in making your marriage/relationship work. I love my husband and will give him every tool he needs to have a productive life outside prison.

Just wondering how many others have told themselves "This is your last chance!" and then ended up going through multiple bids with their honey.

well this is his 2nd time but 1st time with me. he did 9 mths in NC back in 04....I didnt kno him then so anywhoo, its his first with me and hopefully his last.

This is his first time, and I pray its his last. hes been dealing with a drug addiction for a few years now and to me that was also loosing him. So if things dont change after this I dont think my heart could take anymore.. Im only 21 years old I have my whole life ahead of me. Ive already told him never again!! I really think hell learn this time, He hates it in there and never wants to go back once hes out =) So lets just pray =))
