my cousin thomas keith felton jr is innocent for sexual assault he was accused of sexual assault to a boy and he didnt do it that boy been around it before he seen his dad and mom do it and he was porn movies before he might just made it up that boy knows about it he seen it they didnt have enough evidence just the boy that not enough evidence i dont know why he is in prison cuz they sure didnt have enought evedence to put him in prison and u had the statement thomas keith felton wrote but they didnt believe him when he wrote so he have to make a statement up will u please help thomas keith felton jr he been in prison for over 3 years he only supposed get 18 months and he been denied parole cuz they not letting sex offender out and he really not a sex offender he was accused of it he is innocent please believe it

His name is Brian Holzheimer and he is in the Arkansas work release program in Springdale. His co-defendant is being released this month yet his out-date isn't until June of next year. They had the exact same sentence and I would like to know how he can be held so much longer than his co-defendant.

well his co defendant might not have gotten the same amount of time that he did and then his co defendant charges may not have been the same. He might have did a program and got some good time that changed his T.E. date. There are many things that could have changed his date.
