Default Seeking Info On Mabel Bassett For Screenplay

Hello. My name is Todd and I am currently writing a screenplay set in and around Oklahoma City. One of my characters is being released from Mabel Bassett Correctional after serving 18/25 sentence for armed robbery of a bank (is that a believable sentence for this sort of crime?)

The scenario is the woman's daughter is going to pick her up outside the facility on the day she is released, but is late, so --

What happens to parolees if nobody is there to get them? Is there a prison bus or some sort of transport? Is a taxi possible and how much would that cost to the nearest town?

If anyone can share any Mabel Bassett info with me I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have seen many women released from Mabel's most have someone picking them up, sometimes the women wait for hours for their families to drive to pick them up
there is no taxi service this far out, if they drove from OKC it would be too expensive and the women don't have money to pay a taxi on the day they are released.
they do have transport when they go out to court etc, I am not sure if the facility transports them anywhere when they are released. I have never seen them do that before.
is your story going to be "fiction" or is this a real story about a real woman at the prison?????

If an inmate doesn't have someone to come pick them up, then they will get a ride to the nearest bus station with a ticket back to the county that they fell out of.
