Default Anyone know anything about the appeal process?
Does anyone know anything about the appeal process? My guy has submitted an appeal already and his lawyer says they have sent in the briefs. So what happens now? What kind of time frame are talking about?

Also my husbands TDD is 2012 and he has been in since January. When would he be eligible for parole? We were told by lawyer when he went in that it would be 12 mths probably. Were we just told that to just so i would not get upset.

Any information would be appreciated.
