my husband is at grimes and I got told by a friend their not sure but they think if your on probation that they cant be paroled out to you I hope thats not true weve been married almost 5 yrs and weve both made mistakes but were paying for them and both have straightened up got clean off drugs and found GOD and just want a fresh start I have faith and believe GODs going to make things right Im just curious about it so any answers would be appreciated thanks

Because you two are "legally married" he can parole out to you even if you are on probation. I've seen married couples that have experienced that.
