Parole Hearing Date shows 03/9999 what does that mean?

i just looked at DOC on my husband i found under Parole Hearing Date this 03/9999 what dose that mean can some one tell me

Typically that there is no parole date and he is maxing out. Look at the "end" on sentence on the DOC website and that is probably when he will get out.
