I rang in the New Year writing a letter. I can't say that I feel any better because he is in my heart. I am just too depressed for words about not being with him. Then, on Christmas I made my usual visit and he is in seg. for soemthing he didn't do and I know he didn't and they have no proof of except some jealous guy who lost his OT in his job to my baby because he does great work. I got a one hour none contact visit and I know I should be very greatful because many of you didn't even get that, but it is like having oxygen for a long time and one day you can't breath for a while. You really miss it and you never want it to happen again. I go down every Thanksgiving and Christmas and have only not been able to be with him for one of those holidays and that was just because he was in county and had no visit that day. I miss him and I feel lost without my regualar visit. I am scared this guy could make him stay in seg., lose his good time, and lose his good job. I wrote the warden to see what he can do and I hope it helps. I really want all of this to be over. It is getting too hard for me. I can't do everything anymore. I am already in therapy from all of my stress, what else can I do? I am sorry guys I am just having a pity party and I hope i get over it soon. Thanks for listening at least. I hope you all have a great year and are blessed in many ways.

Jamie, I know it's hard and I've felt like giving up myself but please don't. Remember we are all they have on the outside and if we don't fight for them who the hell will.

This is just how the prisons want us to feel. Bring us down as much as they can, destroy our relationships and, more important, get us off their backs. Without us on the outside 'watching' over our men those behind the walls can do what they like.

If you need someone to talk to pm me, I might not have answers but I'm a good listener.
