Thanks Madhatter for fixing these but I thought they had to be 500 x 100 pixels and these say they are 500px × 219px...I just want to make sure these are ok to use...I sure don't want to get in trouble with the PTO bosses again.

Actually, yours is now 214 pxls (wide) by 94 pxls high, which is well below the policy of no larger than 500 x 500 pxls.

Kima's is still slightly out of compliance at 520 pxls wide, however Admin has decided they aren't throwing off the alignment of the forum, so that size is okay if you don't know how to resize.

Those are some LARGE graphics though

- please remove them once your event is over. I hope it's a huge success!!

I will be bringing the letter that we will be sending to Sacramento complete with Signature pages. Copies of the document as well. It is also posted on the Tea Website.

This is going to be quite the event. I think I better call the city and let them know we will be there. It's getting bigger by the minute.

Just had a thought...What say we all bring a photo of our loved one and maybe put them in those little plastic badge holder's that you can pin on your shirt? I'll get some of the holders if yall think you'd like to do this. It would (kinda) be like having them with us at the party.

Haha....I have already spoken to the city because our event has gotten so large I have to get a permit....Maureen is sending it to me and I will scan it and send it back to her as soon as I get it.

Kima....I love the idea of bringing the picture of our loved one....it would make me feel like he is part of it.

We are just so efficient!! I am going to go down to the Parks and Recreation office today. I will talk to Maureen. I had already checked their calendar and no events were scheduled for the 9th.

They don't open until 2PM so if you talk to Maureen tell her I will just come in and fill it out today. I also am going to stop by the concession stand and warn them about the event so they can put on some extra workers for that day.
