If they decide to pass him for so many years there really isn't anything you can do. What he needs to do is stay out of trouble, work and be very productive. Give him all the support he needs, it is a bumpy road.

Default Parole

Does anyone know if the KS parole board charges parole fees?
We live in CO and want an Interstate Compact to KS when my husband parols but I've been told that CO doesn't like to give up their parolees coz then they don't make any money on them!! Isn't that something??
So I guess I need to find that out before I move there and he can't come.

Suggestions?
