Do the PO's always check with the management of the apartments to verify address? Or do they only check with the actual resident? If they don't check with management I'm good.

I don't believe they check with Management.

I happen to be a Property manager and have never had this happen.

They never checked with my apartment management when my Son came home.

I think they know that it is virtually impossible to get an Apartment/rental of any kind with a record so I think they are just concerned with Whom they are living with.

I agree with Patti as I have never heard of a PO checking with the Apt. manager about whether or not felons were allowed. I have read many posts about this and it is a concern but you should be good to go.

Thank you KatyBee and phanks. I spoke with a PO this morning and the only thing he said I had to take care of before the home visit was getting a phone for the monitor. He said I should get a call in about a week for the home visit and then things can move along. I appreciate all the info I've received here.

No they don't check with managment But I was told that if by any chance they happened to find out that my hubby lives with me and get evicted he will go to jail til I find a new place. My hubby is on the GPS leg monitor if you have any questions feel free to pm me. Good Luck with all these =)

They did not call my apartment management to verify Robin's parole address. They called me directly and asked if paroling to my addres would be a problem. I told them "no" and they were satisfied with that.

I've never heard of them calling the property management. Parole called me asked me to confirm my address and if my husband was coming to live with me.
