GrannyG has long been a champion of support and action here on PTO, but ever since she has become RA, she has really stepped up her efforts. I think she deserves her own special thread to thank her for all the time and effort she has put into PTO and supporting loved ones of prisoners. This is one woman who is making a big difference.

Personally, from seeing her avatar, I think her username needs to be HotMamma or SexyCougar, but if she insists on granny, then granny it is.

Thank you Granny for all you do to improve the lives of prisoners and their loved ones.

I agree that she has done and continues to do a lot for everyone here. What really impresses me about her is the fact that she is able to consistently do everything that she does without ever being rude or condesending like some others on this site. I don't remember ever seeing a negative post from her and I for one appreciate that!

Oh, thank you both for such kind words. One-luv, nobody said how old that photo was. The name granny is because of all the foster children I took in over the years, they used to tease me about being older than dirt - heck I was the old lady there with Jesus at the last supper. And, my brother (who is two years older than me) has teased me for years about being his "granny". Although, I do have a couple grandchildren I am quite proud of. GrannyG is awesome!! She's worked hard for the Oregon forum and because of her we can be proud of the information we have available at our fingertips.
When i first came into this forum she reached out to me and made me feel welcome, her wisdom, eagerness to help and her patience in working with a new mod who knew nothing of the oregon prison system made it a no brainer to hire her on as RA. Thank Goodness she accepted.
